I use this for my knee and back of my neck. The first time, I did feel relieve in my knee. But now, if I put it too close to the skin, I feel burning. Takes about 10 minutes to heat up, feel warm and burn feeling. Have to be careful with it. Also, I have to recharge every time I use it for the max suggested of 20 mins.
