Every year, my daughter and grandkids do a 4th of July project when we visit. We’ve done tie-dye shirts several times, and one year tried tie-dye tote bags (that one was a bust — we ended up finishing them all!). This year, since the kids are older and no longer want to do the tie-dye themselves (they still love wearing them… just want us to make them), we decided to try a pillowcase project instead. I researched pillowcases for quality and affordability since we were making eight — enough for the adults too. They were wonderful to work with. The tips held up beautifully through 8 pillowcases with large designs, and the color stayed strong in the pens (with the one exception of beige running out sooner — not a deal breaker!). I liked them so much that I ordered a second set along with two more sets of pillowcases so I could make some for my other grandchildren back home. The pillowcases washed perfectly with no noticeable shrinkage. The markers gave smooth, even coverage with no skipping or stuttering, and the colors stayed vibrant on the fabric. There was no bleeding or running while drawing. After several washes, the designs are still just as bright as the day we made them. My daughter even tossed them in with the regular sheets on “bedding wash day” without thinking about it — no color transfer, no smearing, just perfect results. (She did use cold water, for those wondering.) Highly recommend!

Great item but they bled into material

Lots of colors to choose from. Works great on felt, but takes a bit to dry or will smear.

These fabric markers write so well! Opaque, great color payoff! They do bleed through on tshirts so make sure you keep a barrier in between like a piece of cardboard in between (why not your Amazon box? lol). They’re so fun to use on tote bags, t shirts, and even pillowcases. They’re durable markers, perfect size for writing and drawing. Just don’t press for too long on one spot, you’ll get a big ink blot. And don’t draw small images because the bullet point is meant for larger drawings or writing.

They work on fabric as they should.

The four-year-old immediately declared herself “Queen of Tie-Dye” (despite merely scribbling on an old pillowcase), while the seven-year-old composed an entire comic strip across a t-shirt, starring a heroic guinea pig named Colin. And the ten-year-old? She’s now in negotiations to launch her own fashion label. Naturally, I expect royalties. The pens glide like silk across fabric, no odd smells, no fuss — and no soul-crushing smears (a rare and welcome treat). Honestly, they’ve turned rainy afternoons into wearable art workshops. We’ve adorned shirts, tote bags, and even a disused sock that’s now a dragon. As you do. At $11.95, it’s practically a steal. I like the colors and value, but I find some Colors were kind of dry and ran out faster than others. I would spend a little more for a product that will last through more projects.

We decorated white hats for a party and they worked really well . Colour stays after washing nicely .

Mooie kleuren! Kwaliteit goed

Mi sono trovata molto bene, ho tinto una normalissima felpa grigia e il colore si è trasferito molto bene. L’unica problema è che se la felpa ha le righine nel tessuto, il colore tende ad espandersi leggermente ma tenuta e asciugatura top, i colori molto accesi.
