Steel studs can be cut to necessary length with a cutting wheel on an angle grinder. When sandwiched between drywall, the assembled door is stable, even with minimal overhead framing. Door width can be adjusted and includes all installation and customization instructions. Three wheeled trolleys roll freely on the overhead track and are able to support a heavy door. Frame thickness is 4 inches so it fits well into an exiting wall so there is no loss of space in a room if replacing an existing door with a pocket door. Great price and easy install. All needed hardware is included except for a latch if desired. Review: Quality - Replaced a conventional swing door in a small 1/2 bath for "disability access". Johnson pocket door frames are far superior to the cheaper big box store frames that I found locally. Those might be OK for a rental property, but not in my house. Installation was straight forward with good documentation. The only thing I did not like was the slight deflection (at center position) of the rail when the door was hung. I added support with a couple of long bolts with nuts to and through the header above, and then installed the steel clad studs. I know this was done out of order (according to the instructions), and was likely unnecessary because the steel studs should provide adequate support on their own, but doing it this way allowed me to test fit everything before drywall and insured a plumb, square install and smooth, flawless door operation. Easy five stars. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The picture is misleading, but the product works *by A***. on July 20, 2023* The picture for the 30" x 80" shows the solid metal studs, but the product that arrived was the wood wrapped in metal, so not as rigid. Seller offered a discount for the "misunderstanding" but even the description said it should have been solid metal. All of that aside, it's still a quality product and easy to install.
