Instructions are not clear. I let it steep for over 5 minutes. When took a sip I nearly chocked on the powder. Still coughing 10 minutes later. My throat still has remnants of powder in it. It’s so uncomfortable. It definitely needs to be strained before drinking.

First impressions: I was hoping for a green color powder but what I received was a grayish powder kind of. I could have deal with that. Then the second thing is that as soon as I put this in my mouth, I had to spit it out. It was too "sandy". Imagine yourself eating fine ground sand😰, you got the picture!!!!. Well since I already open it, I will just use it in my hair products. I will mix it with some olive oil, avocado oil to make my hair oil. Maybe I got a bad batch, but this is my honest impression. Thank you.
