I really like this set. The gel goes on smooth and gives a nice shine. It’s easy to use and works well for beginners. My nails lasted long and didn’t chip quickly. I would definitely buy it again.

This is my current go-to builder gel kit. Its so easy to apply so its perfect for beginners or DIY nail girlies 💅 they self level nicely without flooding the cuticle area and flash cure pretty quick. It had a noticeable heat spike when I first started using it but it wasn't painful, and now that I've been using it a while I don't notice any heat spike at all. With good nail prep, its been extremely durable with no peeling or chipping. Works well with tips or over top natural nail and also with gel color or regular polish on top making it pretty versatile imo!

These are great products and perform great for their price. The only issue I have is that the bottles leak a little too much. I often travel and take these with me to do my nails and if the tip over you will have a decent amount of product wasted. And it does not matter how tightly you close them they will leak if they fall.

I love the GAOY Builder Gel! The texture is smooth and easy to work with, making it perfect for doing my nails at home. I normally have paper thin nails! And by paper thin, I mean they would bend even when dry. I have never once had natural long nails. They split, tear, crack, break… I tried everything from polishes to vitamins with little improvement. Then I heard about nail builder polish. I RAN to find one to try and got this set. The reviews were mixed so I watched a tutorial on how to apply to give myself the best chance of success. And… I LOVE LOVE LOVE this stuff! The bottle says for “professional use” so I was a little nervous but didn’t need to be. The builder is meant to be thick and shaped and that definitely takes skill and practice. But I don’t like thick nails annd don’t have the patience to learn the skill so I use it like regular polish and it still works perfectly to give my nails more thickness and strength. I prep my nails, apply the base coat, a thin layer of the builder and a second thicker layer of the builder and finish with the top coat. And my nails have grown and not broken or cracked at all in the month I have been using this product. Every 2 weeks I file down the top coat, clean up my cuticles and apply it again using the same steps. My nails are a bit thicker than my natural nails but not thick or bulky. They look like I have a clear polish on them, nice and shiny. I haven’t tried color polish on it yet but it would work just as well. This is a gel polish so you need the UV light to cure between coats. It is super easy if you apply it like polish. The builder is thick, unlike regular polish, so you don’t want to put on too much unless you turn you hand upside down so it doesn’t settle on the sides before you cure it. I usually do a few fingers at a time and get it under the UV quickly. It doesn’t take long to get the hang of it! Tip: Prepping your nails is key! I use an antiseptic nail cleaner and then a gel primer before the base coat. And push back and trim your cuticles each time before applying. I highly recommend watching a tutorial video on YouTube before using it. And don’t forget to do the edge of your nails! That is very important to keep it from lifting or chipping. Highly recommend this product!

I’ve only used this set once so far, but my first impression is really good. The gels apply smoothly and level out nicely, which made the process super easy even at home. The top coat gives a really beautiful glossy finish my nails looked like I just got them done at a salon. I also like that it’s no wipe, so it saves an extra step. So far, everything cured well under my lamp and feels durable, but I’ll have to see how it holds up over time. For a first use though, I’m definitely impressed and excited to keep using it!
