Love these. 10 calories per sheet. I bought the Square option and love them for sandwich wraps that go into an air fryer to crisp them up. Taste is exactly the neutral taste you expect from rice paper/spring roll wraps. Can be eaten cold as a spring roll, or with hot wrapped ingredients.

I love Spring Rolls, whether steamed or fried it holds up well. Do not over soak though! That's been on me, when I take a phone call or get distracted.

Bought this so my girls could make legit spring rolls, but apparently we’ve entered the chaos era of cuisine — because now they just use these rice papers to wrap the most unholy combinations imaginable. One rolled up Takis. Another made a hot dog ramen wrap. At this point, I think they’re just excited they can shove food in their face holes without dirtying a dish they’ll be asked to wash later. That said — these wrappers are solid. Not the paper-thin disintegrators like some brands. Quick soak, pliable without tearing, and easy to roll. If you're actually using them for fresh rolls or fried wraps, they hold up great. Gluten-free, no weird taste, and plenty of sheets in the pack for whatever level of culinary ambition (or chaos) your household supports. 5 stars for the product. -2 stars for whatever cursed burrito my kid just invented.

This rice paper is good for making fresh spring rolls and similar dishes at home. The sheets are thin, smooth, and lightweight, and they soften quickly when dipped in warm water. Once softened, they’re flexible and easy to wrap without tearing if you handle them carefully. They are a bit fragile when dry, so you have to be careful when separating them because I did break a couple while trying to take them apart. The appearance is simple and plain—just white translucent sheets, nothing fancy but exactly what you need for fresh rolls or dumplings. They’re also gluten-free, non-GMO, and low carb, which makes them a good option for different diets. Overall, simple and useful rice paper that works well, just be gentle with them when they’re dry.

The item itself is ok but the packaging is very weird. Very difficult to open the plastic containers. This product would be much better if it was simply shrink wrapped. I broke several of the rice sheets trying to cut/pry open the container. Maybe someone has some suggestions,on how to open? It really shouldn’t be this complicated.

Definitely a lot came in the order, good quality product. I made like 20 Thai spring rolls and the none of the wraps ripped.
