Too small for a comfortable fit in the hand. Sticky and not much stiffens difference between the balls of different colours.

I was a bit suspicious of buying these balls online because I was afraid they would not be similar enough to the ones my PT wants me using. After inspecting what felt like a bazillion photos though I settled on these- I showed my PT before buying them and got the go-ahead. They arrived today. They are very similar to the ones I use at my PT's office and should be useful to help my hands. I like the different densities, I am on the lowest due to my joint disease but maybe I will be able to gain some strength with practice. I like the texture of these a lot. They come with a paper showing which color is which strength and a storage bag. If your Physical therapist recommended hand balls, these are a good option.

These things are great not only for stress, but I’m also rebuilding my right hand and wrist from surgery. Each ball has a different resistance. By far the best bargain too, they are well-made. They even come with their own tote bag.
