I did not get any remote in it Leaving the rotation, flow of air is good, only during humid season, otherwise it's okay. the issue that I found in this machine is, after 7 months is, the flow of air started to stop from half down air holes, even though you put up fan. Also due to this, it got to me that , instead of rotating, the size of machine could have been bit larger with more of air holes in it. This is for seller - you can upgrade it, thank you

Positives : Less Noise, good air throw, aesthetics Negatives : stopped Rotating within two months of use.

It is a wonderful product but for its speed control. Even at slowest control it is of a very high speed like any pedestal fan . If we get another speed option for lowering speed, it is a wonderful product .

The fan makes a v loud noise. It’s also big and bulky. I have scheduled a return. Unfortunately Amazon will only replace it. So let’s see if the replacement is any better. Wish I just went to a store and made a decision.

Third rate product. Stopped working after 1.3 years. Symphony has the worst customer service. Raised a repair request and it is already 4 days and absolutely no response from their end + no way to reach their customer support over phone.
