Recommended for me
I was recommended this oil for post op varicose vein operation. And it had definitely made a difference. Though continued use is needed.

A nice, smooth oil that comes well packaged.
This oil comes well packaged in a sleeved box. Inside is a ribbon (not sure why), the bottle of oil, a dropper cap, and a gift card. The bottle and dropper are made of glass. Both are secured in a foam cut-out for safety during transport. The bottle comes with a plastic plug in place to prevent leakage. This is easily removed and replaced by the glass dropper. The oil itself is thin and smooth. On the skin it spreads easily and although it does leave a slight sheen, it doesn't feel greasy or sticky. The smell is very light and quite nice. It smells a little bit like good olive oil, but not as strong. On the skin I found no noticeable scent at all.

Reasonable price if it is steam distilled
Organic Zing Horse Chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum) Oil arrived in a film wrapped printed cardboard box - suitable for a gift. The film wrap around the box and around the bottle is not recyclable 👎. The oil (30ml) is contained in a brown glass bottle with a glass pipette with a plastic top The BBD is 08/26. This oil is steam extracted from the seeds of the horse chestnut tree (Aesculus hippocastanum), has been used for centuries in traditional medicine for its various therapeutic properties. The oil is rich in active compounds, including aescin, flavonoids, and tannins, which contribute to its potential health benefits ad toxicity. Horse chestnut oil is primarily known for its positive effects on blood circulation and vein health due to the oil's astringent and anti-inflammatory properties. The oil can be diluted with a carrier oil and applied directly to varicose veins,. It has been used in creams, gels, and ointments for haemorrhoids, and even leg ulcers Horse chestnut oil may be used for massage to improve circulation, reduce muscle soreness, and alleviate joint pain. Although the name of the company is Organic Zing there is no organic certification logo on this product so I have to assume that it is not. This preparation has a very gentle scent so if you try it as an aroma therapy it won’t be for the aroma. Horse chestnut oil is generally safe for topical use. However, it can be toxic due to the presence aescin - so patch test and do not take orally. I will treat it as an essential oil and dilute it before use with a carrier oil. Overall a pleasant and possibly helpful oil . The current price point is £10.30 for 30ml which is reasonable for a steam distilled essential oil but I would prefer to buy one that stated that was certified as organic.
