These work really well. I have the XL version, and it wraps completely around my calf with no gaps. The Velcro straps are a big plus—you can adjust them as tight or as loose as you want, so getting the right fit is easy. I’ve only used them as ice packs so far, and they’ve been great for cooling and relief. I haven’t tried heating them up yet, but based on the build and feel, I’m sure they’ll work just as well for warmth. Simple to use, easy to adjust, and definitely worth the purchase

A must have for shin splint pain. They’re snug, comfortable, and cover my whole shin. They stay cold for the 20 on 20 off icing method. I look forward to these after working out.

These work so well and are really really cold. I use them to ice my legs after intense workouts as well as for minor injuries. The wraps are fantastic and without them, it's a flat ice pack pad for the bed or couch. Exsctly what wa needed.

These ice packs work great for your legs. The cold doesn’t hold for a long time but they do work nice.

I have a couple thera Ice for my knees and ankles, but they never lasted more than 10-15 mins. These last 20-30 mins and are great if you have shin splints or knee injury’s.

It’s so cold. Don’t leave it on too long, it makes your whole legs go numb. I got it for shin splints, and it helped my legs heal. It’s nice that they strap in place, made it easy to put them on, then elevate my legs while icing them.

love how I can walk around with these on to help with sciatica nerve pain from having back surgery. I do wish they would stay cold longer (lasts about 45 minutes)

Definitely did the job. I used these after foot surgery and was instructed to ice for 20 minutes every hour. The gel stays cold for a solid 30 minutes, and having two packs made it easy to rotate each hour so one was always cold enough. They’re very durable and simple to use—exactly what I needed during recovery.
