My wife has used these for a while and found them useful for when she is out and has to eat things that she struggles with (dairy and wheat) Following some hospital treatment i have been struggling with digestion and so far these seem to be helping which is great. They were delivered pretty quickly and well packaged.

I already take Bromelain as a stand-alone capsule daily that is why I was interested in reviewing this product. I have found personal benefit in taking bromelain (from pineapple extract) for about a year now, I have been interested in trying Papain, this product contains both along with several other enzymes reported to assist digestion. It is convenient for me to take something I already take, in association with something I have been looking to take and as a bonus the other additions. The capsules are easy to swallow, I found they did not upset my stomach, which was expected given my previous bromelain use. The manufacturer suggests they assist with reducing bloating which is one of the things that have attracted me to this product and one of the reasons (amongst others) that I have been taking bromelain in the past, i feel these are being even more beneficial in that regard. I was pleased to see that they are vegan friendly capsules and while I am not a vegan, I am a vegetarian so it is important to me to know that no animal testing has been carried out and that the casings are vegetable derived. The product says to take a capsule before meals so in my case I am taking two a day, giving me a 45 day supply from one bottle of 90 capsules, this actually equates to more than my current intake of Bromelain so I may consider dropping that to one a day since my current intake level suits me. If you consider three meals a day giving one months supply from each bottle then the price might be a little steep for some but like all things that is a judgement made on the benefit one feels one gains from the product.

Despite the positive reviews I ended up with severe bloating and constipation within only a few days of taking these. Definitely worth paying more money for a better product.

These are a must if your on MJ to aid digestion.. MJ slows it down and you need an extra bit of help to digest what you have in your belly

If one looks at 'Mg' as a metric in the ingredient list it may not appear impressive however it'd be incorrect as enzymes are measure in terms of 'activation unit'. This is the best in class. They should educate people that its peers from industry leading brands are such rubbish on the right metrics. Wish more people knew any better. The only other product with such awesome specs comes from a whey protein brand considering people augmenting diet with whey should strongly consider enzymes to enable absorption.

The wife schooled me. HCL is the part that works before the food is released into the intestines. The enzymes are released in the intestines. Combining the two components is defeating the object of having the HCL do its work. Live and learn, have your HCL on its own.

Reçu très rapidement et bien emballé. Je viens juste de le tester au repas de ce midi et pour l'instant tout se passe bien car je n'ai eu aucun ballonnement. Je vais attendre de l'avoir pris pendant au moins une semaine et je reviendrai compléter cet avis selon mon ressenti mais pour l'instant il est plutôt bon. Mise à jour le 8 février 2025 Vraiment un très bon complément alimentaire donc je mets 5 étoiles. Mes intolérances alimentaires sont en train de régresser petit à petit je peux déjà remanger de l'ail, des champignons et un peu de fromage au lait cru. Bientôt je vais essayer de réintroduire l'échalotte et si ça passe je me lancerais avec l'oignon ! J'ai de moins en moins de ballonnements, de gaz, une meilleure digestion et pratiquement plus d'eczéma. Par contre je prends bien une gélule à chaque début de repas c'est à dire 2 fois par jour soit 2 repas puisque je suis en jeûne intermittent. Je compte suivre le traitement pendant 3 mois comme le recommande le laboratoire Igennus. Bref pour les personnes qui ont les mêmes problèmes que moi je recommande ce produit qui fonctionne très bien et apparemment je ne suis pas la seule vu les autres commentaires.
