This is an awesome product,I started working out not to long ago and was waking up sore,with pain and even stiff,since I started taking the product been waking up great! Will keep buying this product!!

Love this product , I do kickboxing 6 times a week the BCAA’s really help keep my muscle soreness to a minimum . Love it

Background: I’ve been doing this for a long time, and I’ve tried many BCAAs, protein powders, preworkouts etc. (I’m an avid powerlifter who trains 4-5x a week.) I was excited to try this, and when I opened it, turns out, it’s mostly just air. That’s my first complaint. My second complaint, is that this flavor (fruit punch) definitely tastes more medicinal than any other supplement I have tried. It’s pretty gross; I’ve even kept trying to dilute it. I hate the taste. This is my first time trying it as it has just arrived last night. I’ve just done some heavy deadlifts yesterday, and I’m not sure if it’s the taste that is riling me up to get ready for bench day, or if it actually works like it’s supposed to work — or maybe even just a placebo effect — but it seems to get me ready to go work out. As for rest and recovery… I can update soon… BUT I don’t know — if you’ve already established a relationship with a certain brand of BCAAs, definitely stick to it (as I will be doing with mine) — because this isn’t one that I’m going to keep going with.

Just started using and get a great feeling throughout the day.
