My Secret Weapon for Recovery & Longevity!
Ever since I hit 45, I’ve been on a mission—lifting heavy, eating a high-protein diet, and diving deep into regenerative health and longevity. That’s when I discovered essential amino acids (EAAs) through podcasts, and let me tell you, Kion’s CEO explained it so simply that even my sleep-deprived brain got it: As we age, our bodies aren’t as great at breaking down protein into amino acids, which are crucial for muscle, recovery, and overall health. I started taking Body Bio Amino Acids morning and night, but I needed more during the day—and the thought of swallowing five more horse pills? Hard pass. Enter Kion Aminos powder, aka the easiest (and tastiest) way to get my EAAs. Let’s talk flavor—the mango is straight-up delicious. The label says mix it with 12 oz of water, but for me, 25-26 oz is the sweet spot (pun intended). I’ve been drinking this every single day for over a month, and the results? Incredible. My little aches and pains? Gone. My post-lifting recovery? Way better. And it’s not just me—I got my 77-year-old mom on it, and she’s feeling amazing too! She mixes hers with 20 oz of water, and just like that, her joint pain disappeared. Only one tiny complaint: I need more flavors! Mango is great, but I’m ready to shake things up—berry is next. Now, if Kion could make a chocolate version so I can mix it into my protein shakes? Take my money. (Kion, are you listening?) Bottom line? This stuff works, tastes great, and makes me feel amazing. If you’re into longevity, recovery, and just feeling your best, grab a tub and thank me later!

Love this supplement!
Aminos are so important and have so many health benefits! It dissolves easily, but has a very light taste, so the taste might not be liked by some. I do feel a different in my muscles recovery after hard workouts! Going on my second tub, will be a lifetime user!

Tastes like chewed aspirin and watermelon rind
This is by far the worst tasting supplement/ drink I have ever had and I’ve tried a lot. However this is my first EAA specific one. Are they all this bad? Tasted like chewing on an aspirin with maybe the rind of an unripe watermelon. Then it’s like the gift that keeps on giving because I can still taste it hours later. I’m usually pretty stubborn and will finish a container so my money doesn’t go to waste but not sure about this one. I’m gonna go take a ginger shot and see if that gets the taste out.

Best tasting BCAA I’ve tried
To be honest, this is the best EAA/BCAA supplement I’ve tried. I haven’t had a ton of these supplements but the ones I have tried tasted like drinking chalk. This one is actually good, yeah it still has that BCAA taste but it’s really not that noticeable. It blends well and helps me not crash out after the gym like I usually do. I mix it with a bit of creatine and it turns out nice. I also like that they are transparent about what your actually getting and not hiding behind a proprietary blend.

Loving the results so far, but...
I am a 45 year old female. I am a weight lifting and yoga enthusiast, and a mom of 2. I have been heavily marketed this product, so I decided to give it a whirl. So far, I can definitely say it helps me with my energy and recovery. It mixes really well and does not bloat or make me feel gross. Unfortunately, I cannot take creatine for this reason. I am hoping overtime it can help me build more strength, but so far, I am super content with the increased energy and recovery. The only thing is the taste and aftertaste are not great in my humble opinion. I purchased watermelon, but next time I plan to try mango. It is worth a try for health and fitness enthusiasts.

Been struggling with workouts...
That just were not going like how they used to. I sat down one day and figured out why. I had stopped taking EAA's because I thought they weren't working. FF to working out and, being older, just struggling to feel good. I then researched different EAA's and decided on Kion since they actually tell you what's in it vs others with "proprietary blend" which doesn't break down. I'm on my 2nd container (so 2nd month) and I definitely feel a difference. My runs are going better, I'm recovering better and I just feel better. Flavors: I've tried Watermelon and Mango. Both are decent tasting (let's face, this type of stuff just doesn't taste the best in general) but I'm finding the Mango to be my favorite. I can actually drink the mango by itself mixed with water and ice and find it very refreshing. I will often toss a scoop of the Kion into whatever I have left of my hydration in the bottle after a workout so many times it's mixed with Nuun and I'll finish my Nuun with the EAA's added. The watermelon was really good when I added it to freshly made watermelon juice, squeezed lime and soda water (or lime seltzer). I imagine adding the mango to any small amount of fruit juice with lime or and soda water will be refreshing as well. Anyway... Quality product, taste compared to others is good, brand with good reputation, easily mixes with whatever (I just usually shake to mix in any lidded container and it mixes perfectly). I have item on subscribe & save, though I wish it was a little more affordable. However, having tried cheaper EAA's, it's cheaper for a reason and definitely didn't work as well for me.

Clean Fuel & Amazing Taste
I started using Kion Aminos during a strict keto phase, when energy dips and muscle recovery can feel like a game of survival. Let me tell you—this stuff became my secret weapon. It was like flipping a switch every time I drank it before the gym. On keto, you’ve got to be extra intentional with what you put in your body—and Kion nailed it. Clean, essential amino acids without all the sugar and junk you find in most pre- or post-workout drinks. The taste? Surprisingly great. Refreshing, light, and not overly sweet. Bonus points for not tasting like a science experiment. I noticed a clear difference in my endurance during workouts. Longer sessions, fewer crashes. And afterward? I wasn’t hobbling around like I’d just fought a bear. Recovery was faster, muscles felt less sore, and I bounced back the next day ready to go again. If you’re on keto or just looking for a clean, effective way to support performance and recovery, Kion Aminos delivers. It’s one of those rare supplements that actually feels like it’s doing something—and does it well.
