Isha Natural Fruit, Herb and Spice Jam USDA Organic Herbal Spread - 14 Ounce

UPDATE: I re-ordered another jar and it tastes wonderful. I will continue to use this on a daily basis. I've used other products from ISHA over time which helped improve my overall health. Unfortunately the jar's vacuum seal had been broken in transit despite that it had a clear platic wrapping on the lid. Could've happened with extreme weather or pressure changes. When I fully opened the jar, it was obvious it had been spoiled because of the bad odour. It is important, as with any jarred food product, to make certain that it *pops* when twisting off the jar lid. In this case it didn't because it lost it's vacuum seal as you can see in the attached photo. I fully opened it the moment it arrived and the product's content had already came into the inner sides of the lid also indicating a broken vacuum. The exchange process is different, must speak with Amazon to get an Amazon credit, which Amazon promptly did. Instead of taking a risk of getting another damaged jar, I opted to order ISHA tea instead of which I'm happy with. I'll likely re-order this product directly from ISHA.

If you're going to spread something on a low carb, healthy "bread", I think this is a great choice. I really like the taste and love the ingredients. Lots of ingredients, which is why it's expensive....but I believe, WORTH IT. Check it out. I'm glad I found it.

I've tried many Chyawanprash formulations, but I've never found one that compares to Isha's Herbal Jam! Traditional Ayurvedic formulation, the smoothest consistency - not waxy, with a delicious, almost melt-in-your-mouth taste, and a beneficial addition to my diet with regular use. Thanks Isha for another high-quality product based in the yogic science for well-being!

Perfect immunity supplement. It does taste like jam. Label says all Indian Ayurvedic ingredients which makes me really happy. I thought it was overpriced and that’s why giving it 4 instead of 5 stars. I have a spoonful daily with warm water. Sugar content is low which is the best part of a serving.

This is the first time ever I'm writing a review for any Product. Felt like I really should be providing my feedback for this great product. Its definitely a much healthier alternative to the regular not-so-healthy spreads you have on the market and an added bonus, it tastes yummy! The entire family including kids, can enjoy it thoroughly and reap the great benefits out of it.

Taste is okay, not great. Take it because of trust more than knowing if this is any good for you. Perhaps this is just overpriced Jam using Sadhguru's name for prophet. Would like to see the price come down to something reasonable.

I really like the taste of this jam/spread and find it helpful to have a teaspoon of it everyday. I don't use it as a spread however. I just take a spoonful and savor it by itself after a meal. It has a nice and complex flavor that I like to enjoy by itself. I feel great after I started taking it along with a couple of other Isha products, such as the Sanjeevini mix. Hope to find that on Amazon soon.

The formula is great please do not change because of complaints about runny consistency or lumps of sugar. Banyan and Mapi have made their products smoother and less runny but I dont like the taste and may have lost some of their effectiveness. I used mapi's amrit for more than 25 years but have now switched to your product. It seems to work really well for allergies and yeast infections. I took NAG ( n acetyl glucosamine) to digest lectins and then found out that it supports the growth of candida...got a low grade ( fortunately painless) ear infection ..2 rounds of anti-biotics, then on the second round started taking Isha's jam and so far no re-occurrence. Also helped with bleeding gums. Tested 2 days ago took some NAG to digest wheat, ( and some MSM) bleeding gums the next day , took Isha's jam after brushing teeth, went to bed and no bleeding gums the next day. For those taking glucosamine for pain etc and get concerned about candida it seems that combining with MSM and boswellia as in osteo bi flex seem to work well. The next time i splurge on wheat and take NAG i will combine with MSM and boswellia to see what happens
