The blanket is certainly heavy folded but feels great when distributed over my body. It’s the size I wanted and also the square size is the size I was expecting. I will use this as a throw and it is the perfect size for me to do that. I chose the gray because it was on a special price but it is fine. I got this for a purpose other than decorative. Oh, and it’s a good size to take in the car, too heave for carrying on a plane with other items.

I researched weighted blankets for my 9yo to help with anxiety and insomnia and decided to go with this one. So glad that I did. Its perfect size and weight and the weight stays perfectly distributed. It actually has helped him get to sleep and stay asleep. I was skeptical at first but they do definitely work. I did not wash it, but instead purchased a zip up duvet cover that fits and works perfectly.

Beware of poor stitching/cheap thread/weak fabric. Bought this as a gift for my son in law’s birthday in November. He woke up to glass beads all over the bed through a small hole in one corner where the edge should have been more secure.

My kiddo loves it. Lasting longer than I expected based on some reviews. I wash in cold water and air dry on lowest setting possible.

My Grandson asked for this for his birthday. So I went online to see which of the weighted blankets seemed to get good reviews. He wanted something heavy. So I chose this 30lb blanket. He seem to be enjoying it. So I gave it 5 Stars

Be aware if you order the 48X72 blanket and have a full bed. They want you to think that this blanket works for a full bed (thus their twin/full designation in the pics) but it does NOT. And it's not that it just doesn't hang over on a full. There is a full 3- 4 inches of mattress on each side of this blanket if you have a full bed. They need a separate full blanket instead of claiming it alongside the twin size. That's misleading. Otherwise, the blanket appears nice and the material is soft. We have to return because of the ridiculous sizing, though.

Very nice weighted blanket. Like that it's cotton. Soft feel to it. Very comforting to sleep with; has a relaxing effect on me.
