Fast delivery and good packing. The service and installation was within a day and the service person was well behaved and polite. Water quality is good.

Installation was completed on time yet to use product . installation person forced me to leave a review immediately on installation . reducing one star for this such business tactics of forcing customers to leave a review to boost sales. product is good used only 10 days , but outer plastic case is very flimsy bends on top easily, water quality seems ok . will update review later after few months of using . yearly maintenance to replace filters is 4500 inr which i think is very costly . my old RO i only spent 1000 inr every year to replace sediment and ro membrane , these latest filters as very costly on the long run . but simple ro filters with uv . which i think is sufficient .

Don’t trust blindly by the ratings and purchase the product, frequent GKK filter replacement required within a year and won’t recommend

Looks are good, we chose white color for the same reason. After about 10 days usage here are the observations: 1 - The plastic lever that is provided to push for water is very delicate. Even if there is a bit of force applied, it may break! This should be more rugged! I hope it lasts! 2 - The taste of water (Mumbai) isn't very better, as promised! We have used Kent & Aqua Guard earlier. 3 - Installation process wasn't 100% smooth. I had to make the call to the customer care, instead of receiving one... However it was eventually installed to satisfaction!

Good quality purifier. Technician was flexible yo come in as per our schedule and was quick in installation. The only downside is replacement filters seem costly (was quoted 4k+ annually) Cant make out yet if it really consumes lot less water vs other RO purifiers.
