Still using it works fantastic easy sim switch really little bitty scratch on the hing but dosent matter aphone case is highly recommend for this phone

I'll start by saying I was very worried. Read some reviews saying the phone didn't actually come unlocked. Never bought a "renewed" device before, so I also feared the out of the box functionality of it. Glad to say all my fears were unwarranted. Works perfectly fine on the straight talk network. Phone functions as if it is new and is in prestine or new condition. I will say, it didn't have the new stick on screen protector that youd get retail but i expected that. Price was considerably better than an in the box new device by several hundreds. Would buy again from this dealer.

After 3 months, within days of the return period expiration, the bezel around the screen began chipping off and the hinge pieces started to lift up. I took it to a Samsung dealer locally, as the seller suggested. They said that the screen protector was missing and, when refurbished, the bezel had been chipped/broken, and that without the screen protector, the pixels would be easily damaged. The seller claims the phone was sent in "mint" condition and that "it does not matter if the screen protector was on or off". What !!! Why would Samsung put screen protectors on if they are not necessary? Again, great phone .... but buy it elsewhere.

This has been the best phone so far I have ever had! I was skeptical because of some of the negative reviews but honestly this is the most high tech nice phone i have ever owned! It does everything I wanted and more! The tiny screen in the front is my favorite part of this phone and also of course, being able to fold the phone in half. No issues with my Sim card I put it in and it instantly recognized my service plan. The folding capabilities are wonderful. I love how it folds for a more continent way of traveling with it, its so easy to use! It is just a beautiful phone. Get it and you won't regret it. The only think I worry about is the folding part, idk how long it will hold up but we shall see. So far so good.

I love it! The phone works perfectly fine , came with no issues , my only issue is it did have like 5 different updates avaliable an the battery life isn't as good as my old phone, but it is still good enough to last me through work so I don't care! Came with no scratches, was easy to setup, screen was in perfect condition and overall the phone is a 10/10 for me. Make sure to get a screen protecter as well to add extra protection!! I been using the phone for about a week now and it is just chefs kiss lol. I will update my review after a month ;))

The condition was supposed to be excellent, however there were many scratches and blemishes to the body. I would not rate this as excellent. The screens are in excellent condition. I'll just have to put a case on it.

Was prepared for some scratches and maybe dents! Absolutely none, looks and operates like brand new. Wait for a couple of months to write review incase operating/battery issues, none! Even if it only last one year working like this still 100% better than paying over $2,000 for new one.

second renewd phone front screen scratched 1st one stopped working in a week. ugh
