Review: If you have smaller nostrils like me these are a lifesaver. The navage device comes with what they call a "medium. Unfortunately they were too big for my nostrils, the vacuum power of the navage would suck the skin of my nose closing off the passage for water. With these I no longer have that issue. Now i can actually use my navage effectively. These are just like the ones that come with the navage just smaller, they slip right on and are easy to install. Made of the same washable, flexible material as the originals. My picture is the original (left) next to these (right) they are quite a bit smaller perfect for smaller nostrils

If you have smaller nostrils like me these are a lifesaver. The navage device comes with what they call a "medium. Unfortunately they were too big for my nostrils, the vacuum power of the navage would suck the skin of my nose closing off the passage for water. With these I no longer have that issue. Now i can actually use my navage effectively. These are just like the ones that come with the navage just smaller, they slip right on and are easy to install. Made of the same washable, flexible material as the originals. My picture is the original (left) next to these (right) they are quite a bit smaller perfect for smaller nostrils
