I originally purchased this pad for workouts at the gym, specifically for **hip thrusts**, and it has made a huge difference in my comfort level. Before using it, the barbell would dig into my hips, especially during heavier sets. This cushion provides enough padding to make hip thrusts much more comfortable without feeling bulky or getting in the way of the exercise. Can it be used on hardwood floors? Yes. The material stays in place well on hardwood floors and provides excellent cushioning for floor exercises, stretching, yoga, and mobility work. Does it come with a carrying strap? No, mine did not include a carrying strap. However, it's lightweight and easy to carry in a gym bag. Is this made of latex? No. The product is made from nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) foam rather than natural latex. One thing I really appreciate is the thickness. The 15mm padding provides excellent support for sensitive areas like knees, elbows, hips, and tailbone without flattening too much under pressure. Whether I'm doing hip thrusts, kneeling exercises, stretching, or core work, it adds a noticeable level of comfort. The material feels durable while still being lightweight. After repeated use at the gym, it has maintained its shape and cushioning without excessive compression. The textured surface also helps prevent slipping during workouts. I'm surprised that Amazon is showing this as a frequently returned item. I've had mine for 2 years and I love it. It's thick and soft and saves my knee caps. I have patellar instability and this prevents knee pain when I'm doing bird dog, donkey kick, etc. in mat Pilates class. I do clean it regularly with a damp cloth especially since I sometimes partially roll it to provide neck support. When it does wear out, I'll definitely replace it with another.

I use this several times a week at yoga. I used to have a thick mat but it was hard to balance. I opted for this one for my knees only and it is much more convenient. It is much more comfortable on my knees and more convenient for toting to class. It was a bit expensive for what it is, but I am happy for the purchase.

Good addition to your yoga mat. Not too thick but could be a little bigger.

Going to order another. It's not showing the signs of wear that everyone is complaining about. If you have knee problems and want a cheap aid to get your exercises done, then just buy this one. It's thick enough that its comfortable. I use it for Pilates and yoga type movements through a fitness app. I'm obese so I have many complaints but I'm about a week in and this thing has been a great help to my comfort while getting my daily strength and stretching done. It's super soft and may show signs of wear sooner because of how soft it is but I don't care. It helps and I don't mind another for my hands. The full mat is just too much for me. I want these shorter pads so they're easy to store and hide in the corner when I'm not using it.

I beat up this mat and it still works great! I use it several times a day for my knee injury to get up and down off the floor during Bird Dogs, Yoga, and Pilates. It’s incredible. Saved me from having to wear a knee brace to the gym! I get compliments all the time from people how cute and convenient it would be to have one. Love it so much.

I wanted this for a meditation mat. Excellent thickness for under my bum. The width is just wide enough to sit on. I can also place it on my yoga mat for extra cushion during asanas. Great grip. Seems durable. I love the small size for traveling. I can wrap it around my mat and slide them in my carrying case. I like the choice of colors. The price point is exceptional.
