Size chart not accurate. Ordered a large based on the size chart 44” chest 14” bicep and it was too big. No bracing or compression except for the area where the Velcro is.

Product is great, I knocked off 1 star for shipping time of 25 days. I ordered this product because of how the bicep strap works. Being a shoulder strap, you can only effectively use one hand to tighten the bicep strap, this product enables you to loop and pull the strap tight (kind of like cinching a belt), so one handed use is much easier. I would have easily given 5+ stars if it arrived quicker, because: If you need a shoulder brace, you need it now, not a month later. I ended up purchasing another brace, but on that brace I could not cinch the bicep that good as explained above. Now that it arrived this is my go to brace. So watch when the approximate arrival time when purchasing this product. I didn’t realize this when I purchased product.

It's a 2 person job to get it on and secure

the arm band is sized for someone with a bigger bicep, and it folded and slipped out weirdly in the back when it was pulled down where it was supposed to be on the bicep. Took a bit of trying to overlap the velcro to get it to stay in place (and limiting my own arm movement). Only plus side, I was able to have a good night sleep without waking up gasping in pain from moving unconsciously in a bad way. With the brace even the slightest twinge of burning pain that would take a minute or two to stop normally, disappeared quickly. I would definitely recommend it, just be prepared for some fitting issues. Just recieved a Medium which fit perfect but had to use the chest strap from the large. The medium strap was too small, but brace fit perfect.
