Returning because the product is not as per specifications. Height at the neck level is less. Had ordered same product earlier & using it. This one is not as the earlier one. Why this much delay for the return? Want to order another one but since unable to return not ordering.

While it hasn't cured my spinal stenosis it is a much nicer pillow than a $10 ball of fluff from a department store. Hard to say if it's made the pain better as I got cortisone injection a few days prior. Still, great pillow at a great price.

I ordered one thinking its a good pillow for my neck problem, but it was very soft and feels like normal pillow.. it has some strong bad smell on it as well.. i returned it, and they took it dec 10, until now theyre not giving the refund on my bank.. i called the amazon customer service and they even contacted the merchant about the refund, till now they are not responding about my refund complaint. What is this??? I wont have to return your item if it was good in the first place.. now i return and its giving me another problem.. i dont really recommend buying this item.. so disappointed..

It arrived quickly, no chemical smell and plumped up properly once unrolled. I was a little worried about how soft it seemed compared to my last (similar) pillow, but the support was incredible. I'm very happy with this purchase.

On receipt of this pillow, I undid the package and pushed the pillow back into shape (it arrived rolled up in compressed packaging). I left it to settle for a couple of hours, and found that it expanded nicely. Slept on it last night....lovely, comfy and supportive
