I had my doubts, but decided to try them. I sure underestimated them. I wore them yesterday with flip-flops, and my feet didn't get sore. (I have plantar fasciitis; a higher arch support helps a lot.) They come with two thicknesses, making it possible to fine-tune the amount of support needed. They do NOT shift around in wear, and are not hard to put socks over. They cost a lot less than custom orthotics, and provide more support and pain relief.

I tried a bunch of different inserts to help my plantar fasciitis and these were the only ones that I found were supportive without causing other pain in my foot (other ones were too firm, uncomfortably shaped, or caused an ache in the top of my foot). I wear it while working (on my feet) and even wore it on vacation, walking all day, and they were a great help. They are not a remedy for plantar fasciitis but they were a great aid while I waited for the strengthening/stretching exercises to do the real work of eliminating it.

This is the second style of such a product (removable and adjustable arch supports) that I have tried. The first ones were OK and I used them on and off for a year. But I thought I would try a slightly different and less expensive option. I'm just finishing my third day of wearing them and thus far they have been very comfortable and provide the support that I am seeking. Its too soon to comment upon their durability but after about 24 hours of use they are working as advertised and I am hopeful they will be as useful going forward.

These really help! I never had foot pain until about 8months ago when both arches fell. I started hobbling around because of the pain in the arch region. When I first put these on, the first few steps feel uncomfortable, but then that resolves, and I do not have pain in my feet and I can walk around, either barefoot or in shoes. They work whether I put them under or over my socks. I have sent them through the washing machine (but not dryer) in a lingerie bag one or two times. So far the velcro is holding up well, and there is no separation of the pad from the band. I bought a second pair, highly recommend them.

This product comes with 2 level of support pads which is great but somehow neither worked for me specifically. I purchased these to help with foot pain but I didn't feel the difference/relief. Otherwise, the velcro is very good, clings really well and it's great that they come in 2 colors.

Cured my Sciatic Pain! This helped to readjust my hips so I wasn’t slouching anymore to one side to compensate for the pain. The slouching is what actually exasperates the sciatic pain according to my spine doctor. I wore these wraps for about 3 to 4 weeks straight. Only took them off to take a shower. Every once in a while the pain will lightly come back so I put the wraps on for a few days and the sciatic pain goes away. I am so glad I tried these because multiple steroids shots and an epidural didn’t help the sciatic pain, only these wraps. So grateful to be able to walk without excruciating pain.

I thought these were just what I needed in order to be able to wear my warm socks around the house this winter. I must have good arch support and never go without it or my plantar fasciitis returns. I even have to slip into good arch support sandals when I get out of bed.) However, these did not solve the problem. The bottoms of my feet hurt the entire hour I wore the product. I guess I need full foot-bottom support in addition to good arch support. Great concept (I thought), but it didn’t work for me.

These feel so good! They give support to the front part of my arch, not the back and heel. This is exactly what I have been looking for. 2 sizes of pads, thick and thinner. They are good for being able to walk around the house barefoot too!
