Very solid you're getting what you pay for I can curl 60 pounds on this thing fine but it moves so I double up on the weight clips for now and it's fine for now I would recommend ordering better weight clips for this bar I wouldn't blame the company as this is an issue with these kinda bars that use a twisty kinda weight clip you just gotta invest extra 10$ in better weight clips I would honestly go with an Olympic style easy bar but if you already have 100+ pounds in 1inch weights like me this is honestly a great purchase especially for beginners if you're planning to do 20-40 pounds on this thing the weight clips it comes with is perfectly fine it's when you start getting heavier is when you need to be careful and watch those clips or just double up on them or buy one of those fancy clips that can lock them in more securely.

Exactly as advertised. If you have a limited amount of space this is the bar you need. Works great for arms traps, delts. don't have a ton of room but wanna do bent over rows check it's good for that. I use mine for seated shoulder press as well as bent over rows. No home gym is complete without it.

So far, I'm happy with this product. As many others have indicated...the included bar / weight "collars" become loose very easily and will need to be re-tightened regularly. Not a huge deal to me...but it seems to irritate others.
