I have a Spigen Tough Armour case on my S23 Ultra, which was made bulky by the ring holder / stand I had attached to it. This meant that my phone wouldn't fit traditional phone holders with the stopper at bottom, unless I removed it from the case, constantly having my phone in and out of the case was then causing my screen protector to start to peel at the edges. This phone holder is just what I needed. How it fits to the vent is really adaptable and sturdy. I love that it can be angled and set into place once the desired angle has been found. The grip around my phone is also strong. I've included photos, one of which shows my phone case back to front, so you can see how it wouldn't fit a traditional style phone holder.

This is ok, holds the phone quite sturdy although it does bounce a little and you lose the use of a vent, you also get fed up pulling the phone from the spring loaded holder because you need 2 hands to do it. The magnetic ones are better but for my car (CUPRA) this works because the vents are lower down and you can adjust the holder to the right angle.

Ugreen is a brand that has come on a long way in recent years. This phone holder is a passive holder that is designed to clamp securely on a flat blade air vent. The clamp locks on well with a rotary clamp and the arm has a metal insert that helps keep it safe an secure. The mounting arm is a newer type that moves the mount further away from the air vent, allowing the vent to still have some use other than blowing air on to the back of the phone. The only downside is the clamp prevents the vent blades from moving, so you need to set the angle when you install it. The main bracket is a simple bracket with pull apart sides that have rubber protection blocks on them. There is no rachet release or anything like that here. The mount holds the phone tightly though as the spring loading is very strong. Due to the ball mechanism between arm and mount, you can set the phone horizontal or vertical though, adding to the versatility. Overall a decent phone mount that does what it says it will.

This was so good when I first started using it, then is started loosening when my phone was in it and then it snapped my heating cover and fell off. Threw it in the bin. Make sure you don't buy if your heating covers are plastic (pretty sure they all are but not 100%)

I wanted to try this holder for one particular reason - a metallic hook! I can't recall how many vent cradles I've had over the years with plastic hooks that just wear down over time. It may be down to phones getting chonkier - or possibly that I'm quite ham-fisted. Fitting this thing is brilliant - just slide into the vent then turn the central column to lock it into place. No hoping gravity will keep your phone off the floor here. The arm mechanism rotate through 360 degrees and locks really well - as does the cradle part itself which allows you to swivel your phone to face you. Given the length of the arm I was slightly concerned that the phone would bounce around but I am happy to be proved wrong. Once again - all rock solid. The phone clamp itself - you guessed it - rock solid. And this is the problem - it's quite difficult to get your phone out! There's no release lever on this - the arms basically just squeeze your phone and that's it. Spreading your fingers of one hand against the clamps while pulling your phone with the other kind-of works - although I tend to fire off an unwanted screenshot on iPhone doing this (vol-up + power!). My current solution is to use one hand to pull the phone right while pushing the left clamp with the other hand and whipping the phone out before the clamp snaps like a venus fly trap. So - in operation this is absolutely excellent - just that one usability gaff that lets it down.

Not bad but I would prefer to buy the other version which easily you can attach and remove with one hand, this one you need to use you both hands to open and attach your phone which a little bit hard.

Perfetto, molto stabile e robusto

Google Pixel 7 has the volume control buttons positioned rather low. Other holders overlap with the controls. This one allows for a perfect fit.
