Had to take 3 and it is too much melatonin.
It doesn't work as good as calm pro. Too much B12 keep me awake and I tried calm pro and had less pain but I have had to take more during the night. That's too much melatonin. I've had to take calm pro twice as well but I suffer from neuropathy pretty bad. But I don't like this one at all. My toes were still hurting me and taking more than 2 is too much melatonin which makes you have vivid dreams and they will wake you up and you are groggy the next day. I'm going back to calm pro. It doesn't do that and it works fairly well.

Melatonin Overdose
My massage therapist recommended both the AM and PM products so I ordered. The PM left me exhausted the next day and I did notice before taking it that it did contain melatonin. After taking 2 nights, and feeling this way, I looked up what the recommended dosage is. Most people take 1-5 mg. and experts recommend not taking more than 10 mg. One dose of PM NeuropAway contains 15! As far as the daytime product, I can't say for sure but something has drained me of all my energy. I have stopped taking both now.

Helps tingling in legs
Neurop away pm is a very good product, works great at relaxing your body and reduces tingling in legs and feet. Sleeping a lot better since using this. Good product and price.
