This machine is awesome! I’ve used it quite often to make shirts for my church and for fundraisers. I did have an issue but reached out to the seller and they were so prompt in their response and resolution, I recommend this to anyone and everyone who wants a great heat press. It’s easy to use, consistent, gives perfect results every time without fail. If I ever need another one, I will only buy this one again, 10/10!!

UPDATED: Their customer service was wonderful and immediately sent me a new power box. Received it within a couple of days and it works great! ORIGINAL: Got this a little over a month ago and was able to use it approximately 10 times. It now will no longer turn on as unusable.

OK. The equipment is just fine, so far. I've used the shirt press and mug press. No issues, but I will warn everyone, "your mileage will vary!" What I mean is, time and heat settings take time to figure out. Ghosting, sublimation paper sticking to surface will all happen. There IS experimentation required. - you WILL waste product. My biggest complaint, and reason for 4 Stars, is NO DIRECTIONS on how to use or connect the various attachments. I was shocked that YouTube University didn't have a tutorial - I mean, I learned brain surgery at YTU!! So, I have these two conical attachments (pictured) that I've yet to figure out. I also haven't needed them...yet. I see their purpose - zero idea how to make them work and I'm a fairly smart guy (learned brain surgery in ONE video!). Should you buy this set up? ABSOLUTELY! Reasonable price, tons of capability (if you figure out the pieces) and it turns out good product. Good luck have fun!

I purchased this model at the end of August 2024. I selected it because my sister-in-law recommended it to me. She was, and is, happy with her heat press. I would have given mine a "4" when I first started using it. The poor instructions were the reason for not giving it a "5". Since then, however, I have had problems. My first problem was the tumbler press broke after using it just 15 times. The seller responded to me quickly and sent me a replacement. The only negative to the seller's response was that it took more than a week for the replacement to get to me after the seller made the offer. My second problem was the heat and time controller functions erratically. It appears to heat up to the temperature I set, but after dropping down when a room temperature item is put in the press for sublimation (as expected), it heats up to a temperature higher than what I set. This happens about half of the time when I use the timer. If I don't use the timer, the temperature drops after starting to sublimate an item, but only rises to the temperature I set. After discovering the problem, I used a separate timer for all of my sublimation. My third problem is that the replacement tumbler press has now broken. When the first one broke, it would not heat at all and had a puckered surface. When the replacement broke, it heated to the temperature set, but the heating was unever. It also has a puckered surface. I ruined 5 mugs before realizing the problem was with the press. I probably should have realized it was broken after the second or third mug. Unfortunately, the window to return this heat press expired about a month ago and before I discovered the second and third problems. I recommend that you do not purchase this heat press.

Worked great at the beginning, bought in February 2025, it stopped heating in October 2025. Used it once a month, just on couple personal shirts and a few coffee mugs. Will not get to set temperatures anymore. Told I was too late to return as it’s only 30 days. Didn’t even get to use it 30 times. Wouldn’t recommend, unless you need it for a one or two time use. Update: seller did reach out and provided replacement parts at no charge. Machine is working like new again. Kudos to the seller for making things right!
