Philips Norelco Replacement 1-3mm Adjustable Precision Comb for Select MultiGroom Models

Great attachment. Helps with layered trimming and offers a very good guard for more sensitive areas. Had a issue with delivery but that was on the post office. When i reached out to the seller they where very quick to respond. Luckily it did show up just late and have been loving it ever since.

Nice adjustment for beard length. It doesn't necessarily correlate to the exact length of the individual combs.

works perfect. better than a drawer full of random sizes. this has more narrow options than separate guards.

If you are like me, 1mm is too short (sandpaper) and 2mm is too long (unkempt) so the combs provided with the Norelco are not sufficient. I don't grow facial hair very fast so I have a "sweet spot" for a couple days before I have to start over. A few things: 1) The dial rattles when the shaver is on which makes the whole thing sound very janky. Adding a bit of electronics grease helped. 2) The 1mm setting is not the same length as the original from Norelco. It's longer. So if you were trying to get 1mm, it won't be as close. 3) It's really overpriced. This should be about $5. Maybe $10. At $20 + shipping I feel ripped off but unbelievably it's the only product that dials in 1mm at +0.2 increments. I've seen other variants elsewhere but it's the same thing rebranded. My sweet spot for facial hair is between the Norelco 1mm and 2mm, so I assumed I would need 1.5mm. I found the correct length with this tool at 1.2mm which I suspect is probably a bit longer given that it cannot get as close as the factory 1mm comb. I am suspicious about the durability and thus the longevity. However, for now it does what it says.

Works great on All in one 9000 series trimmers (replaces the fragile one that comes with it) and also fits the lowly multigroom 3000 series (which does not come with this attachment)

I mainly use the very lowest setting for a 5 o'clock shadow that's just a smidge longer than using the bare shaver, but the longer settings seem to work well, too.
