I have been using 600 mg of Shilajit resin in the morning during the week and take breaks from it on weekends. This time I decided to try something a little bit different and go for Shilajit tablets. Most of the ones are the market are only 200 mg and this was 500 mg so I decided to try this brand over all of the other offered. It smelled a bit sweeter than the actual resin but I figured it was a light coating to keep the tablet intact. So- today was my first tablet. I love the fact that I didn’t have to go through a “ritual preparation “ of boiling water, squeezing a lemon, adding honey, etc. This appeared to be slightly less mass than the Shilajit resin that I have been taking. I had taken a three day break from Shilajit in preparation for the effects this would have. I liked the effects of this tablet much better than the resin. I seem to have a more consistent energy level and feel a bit more “together” than having a late afternoon “ brain fog” time.. If this Shilajit remains consistent i will be purchasing my Shilajit from this company and not go back to the resin.

Some helps me sleep , I’m thinking the minerals in it maybe some magnesium. But it helps me sleep solid🤷‍♂️

Good value for the money for Shilajit supplement. I have been taking these for over 6 months now and I do believe it has helped my mental focus. The tablets are very easy to take and they do not upset my stomach like the liquid resin I tried at first. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to improve mental focus and health.

I am my husband have been using this the last few months, Love how convenient it is because the resin ones can get very messy ! Also have notice energy levels being better along with mood. Also seems to clear skin, all in all, great product

I have been taking this supplement for a few weeks now and immediately noticed an increase of energy. I couldn't take it right before bed the first week, it kept me up. I got used to it and can take it anytime now. I once took it on an empty stomach early morning, it interacted with my honey coffee and I had an allergic reaction. I now always take it with food. I think it has started to help with my thinning hair regrowth as well.

Received it 3 days after I placed my order. Started taking them the next day in the morning with a large glass of water as directed. Started feeling more alert and less tired after the 4th day.. Same sleep, eating, and daily routine. 2 weeks in I don't feeling like have to take a nap when I get home even thou I never do.. walking the dogs and cooking dinner for the family after work doesn't wear me down as much. 30 days in notice a big difference from the first day I started. Dislikes: Taste not the greatest. But nothing good for you ever tastes good

This product and the brand particular is excellent and extremely easy to take on a daily basis. The individually wrapped pills are kept perfectly preserved and make it easy to swallow and digest regularly. Their great quality and the physical benefits have been noticeable. I will keep buying this product regularly.
