I use this for a bed frame on wheels I want to keep in place and I think it does a decent job. It still moves a little bit when you get on/off the bed, hence the minus one star, but I think it does a decent job. I have the bed against one wall, so it does get a bit tricky when I want to pull the bed out to change the sheets, but I knew I signed up for that
