The scissors are defective

Dog shears
Cuts nicely. Not a professional dog groomer but appreciate good quality shears. Had adjustments on the shears. Like.

Waste of money and time to return it
Just like other reviews. It’s stuck and does not cut. I adjusted the nob left and right .. some of the small teeth is just off .. preventing the blade from cutting.

Not smooth working
Bought these to do a better job grooming my pets. They are either not very sharp or need oil. They pull hair not cut. If I am very patient and hold the scissors at just the right angle they cut, sort of.
