Definitely a better spigot than what i originally had. The water flow on this thing is amazing. No more leaks either. A+

Just what we needed for our rain barrels. They were easy to use and seem quite durable. We applied the silicone tape (included) and have no leaks. If you look at my photos, you can see we reversed some Duck tape on a measuring stick and stuck the inner fitting to it. We were then able to lower the fitting in to the bottom of our barrel and thru the pre-drilled hole. Once through the hole, the washer and spigot screw on easily.

Much better that the spigots that came with the rain barrels. Even though the old spigots we 3/4 inch the water did not come out of the rain barrels fast and would sometimes clog from day one. After replacing the spigots with these the water comes out much faster and because the opening seems to be larger it has not clogged once.

The old rain barrel spigots were horrible. These were perfect. Bigger flow rate, well made and easy to install. Highly recommend them.

These are incredibly well made and functional. I've been using mine for more than a year and it's even survived freezes down to 0° F. The valve works as smoothly now as when I bought it.

2nd set. 2nd review. Not from breaking but rather I like these better than other rain barrel spiggots. Much larger internal passage means better flow. Seal goes on inside. Snug only. Don't over-tighten or it will blowout and leak.
