They run a little small, and only in full sizes. I usually wear a 10-10.5 and their 11 fits great. They provide reasonable support for a very lightweight shoe. My feet stay comfy in the mesh uppers. So far they have held up very well, even using them in the gym. So comfy I forget I have them on.
