Great personal-carry flashlight! I clip this to my back pocket and forget it's there until I need it. I've been carrying this flashlight for four months and have charged it three times. Hasn't run out of power even after frequent use. The regular brightness is good for up close work and the extra bright setting will light up a large area around you. It weighs so little that you can clip it to a hat brim and use it as a headlamp. Seems sturdy; I've dropped it a few times and it still functions without any visible damage to the exterior. Costs a little more than some of the other personal-carry flashlights on Amazon, but you get what you pay for. Worth the $ This light is so handy I'm planning on ordering more as stocking stuffers for family and friends. I appreciate that this unit is rechargeable. Saves a lot of money on batteries and it holds its charge really well. Addendum: I have now owned the same flashlight for going on three years and it still works amazing! I've dropped it several times and even forgot to unclip it from my jeans before I ran them through the washer and the dryer. Not only did it survive the washer and the dryer, it was still firmly clipped to my pants! Still holds a charge for weeks. Outstanding flashlight! I will absolutely buy another if I ever loose this one. I did buy one for each of my family members and they all love them. I even have a few friends that have purchased the same flashlight on my recommendation. None have been disappointed. So nice to find a useful product that lives up to expectations. Thanks!

These are great little flashlights. They are surprisingly bright for as little as they are. They are small enough that they can be carried very easily. This is my second one that I ordered so I could have a spare.

I've had pocket flashlights in the past but they were long and required AAA batteries. This light is half the size but just as bright, if not brighter. A lot of the cheaper brands claim to put out far more lumens than they actually do, but Streamlight's 250-lumen rating is definitely accurate. You get what you pay for. It's lightweight and compact but capable of illuminating a room. I generally run it on high, but in some applications, low is more than enough. The pocket clip keeps it securely in place, and the front shrowd pulls forward to reveal the micro-USB charging port and indicator light, protecting it from dust. It charges up quickly and the battery life is impressive. It does not zoom or strobe, but those were features that I rarely had a need for on previous lights. The center of the beam is tight enough to highlight objects but still illuminates the whole area. I do wish it was a type-c port, but it's not a huge problem given how often I have to charge it. I wish I had just coughed up the extra $10-15 in the past and gotten this.

Was looking for a light for my vehicle, backpacks and edc. Had intentions of buying about 4-5 to test them out and this one was first. I did get a couple of the others but I keep coming back to this one. It puts out a decent amount of light on the low beam, but the high beam is very bright. Surprisingly bright for its size. Fits easily in the pocket (didn’t think it would be as small as it is) and clips on to a ball cap just fine. Has a gasket around the charging area that is pretty robust, should be plenty of waterproof. Survived camping through a heavier than expected rainstorm just fine. The battery life seems to be good. I’ve only charged it once. Use it daily for short to moderate amounts of time. Been using my first one now for about a month and a half on the initial charge. Bought one to test, now own 4. This thing is a find. Side note, if your looking for one that is the size of a small mag light, this model isn’t it. It’s a bit thicker than a pen and about as long as one so it’s smaller than I was expecting. Great edc light though

I use it everyday for work. It’s a tough little flashlight. The brightness is great, I like that the black one goes to low setting with one press and high setting with two presses. One problem I had was the little o-ring where the charging port is wore out and broke off and now it opens up too easy. Sometimes I find it has opened in my pocket. I wouldn’t know where to find a replacement ring for that. Other than that I am happy with the flashlight.

I've had this light for exactly one year, so I've had some time with it. It is rated at 250 lumens, but it honestly feels brighter than that. It obviously won't push out far, but its effective anywhere from 10-15 yards. Feels very solid, yet really lightweight. It has an powdercoat (dry, matte) type finish. The tail switch takes some time to get used to-- one push is low and double tap for high (it's easy to miss the timing of the second tap, and stay on low). The tailswitch is hard to activate. It takes a lot of effort to push down and feel the 'click' for constant on, but I think this was by design. The positive is, you can firmly push down on the tailswitch without activating constant on, which I've come to like. Decent battery life. Overall, great light, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you are looking for a more convenient light to carry.
