1 scoop in the morning gives me just enough protein for proper supplement absorbtion. The chai KaChava is my favorite flavor other than vanilla. It doesn't taste artificial like most protein powders or meal replacement powders.

I enjoy this product but I'm looking for an alternative to it because it is very pricey in my opinion.

When they advertise that they perfected this nutrition powder they meant it! This stuff tastes great. It's like a treat when you make it with oat milk or almond milk. I was surprised to learn that when you mix it with just water, it's just as good. Its creamy, not grainy. The flavor is great. I've tried the vanilla and the chai. I can't decide which one I like more. It is rather expensive, but for the taste and the nutrition value I'd say it's worth it. I noticed a real difference in the way my hair grew and the way my nails became strong and started to finally grow long without peeling cracking or breaking. They haven't grown in years and when they do they tear right away. A measurable difference in my health when I started drinking one a day. I would never buy another brand of protein/ nutrition shake again.
