Absolutely fantastic device!!!!!!
I’m a hard-core gamer and I spend a lot of time at my computer and this thing is absolutely perfect if you want to relieve stress on your elbows and wrists and shoulders. Extremely easy to install. Extremely stable. Extremely easy to adjust and locks into position perfectly. The ONLY downside of this thing is if you’re not careful, you can knock your mouse off easily, but the keyboard will stay attached if you use the included Velcro pads. 10/10. I recommend highly. Worth every penny!!!

A little wobble, that i couldn't get out
Only complaint would be that the clamp on thhe bottom connecting to the chair needs some work. In my case i had to forgo the plastic shims to fit around the base part rather then the raising cylinder. This resulted in a little wobble no matter how much i tighten it (bending tabs tight now). It still functions and isn't going anywhere. But a better connection is possible, and cheaper.

Great idea but not the one you're looking for.
The keyboard tray and mouse tray topple over if you put any pressure on them. The bracket does not hold the platform up. At this point we are stuffing styrofoam under in an attempt to keep it even quasi level. I got the open box one but this is a design flaw. I want to TILT the platform not have to physically hold it up! Don't waste your money this product isnt the solution you are looking for.

A Total Game Changer
This little device has been a total game changer for me! I work from home and sit at my desk for 6 to 10 hours a day. Sometimes without breaking. A traditional desk stopped working because I would find myself hunched over the screen leaning into the desk, even though I had a riser for the screen. I had to change my posture to get rid of that nasty neck hump I see in a lot of remote workers these days! I bought a new chair and added this little desk. It was super easy to install... I didn't watch the recommended video. It's al pretty self-explanatory. I guess some people have issues with stability, but that is only to be expected with a long board attached to a metal pipe.. no matter how sturdy that pipe is. The support pole raises and lowers, and so does the arm of my chair, so I just meet the two in the middle and viola extra support. The twist and turning of the desk tasks a bit of getting used to... but I quickly found that I can sit in many different positions by muscling the joints a bit. I'm, so happy with this! I wish I had it 10 years ago when I started remote work.

Wobbly, unstable, but very clever design for the right consumer
I wanted to love this product, but it wasn't as sturdy or stable as I hoped for. Unstable, wobbly, and clearly made for very small people or those who don't need freedom of movement in the legs. Pros: * It was easy to install, despite what some other reviewers have stated. It was intuitive and simple; it just took a bit more hand strength than I anticipated. * The range of motion was incredible. You can twist, turn, and move this thing in nearly any direction to get the keyboard just right. *The mouse tray moves independently from the keyboard tray, which is great! Cons: * Super wobbly while typing. It may be okay for occasional use, but as a professional writer, I'd likely destroy this within a month due to the bounce, wobble, and shaking. * It's clearly not made for muscular legs. The bottom bar that holds the keyboard tray smashes into the top of my thighs. If I move it out of the way, it brings the keyboard too far to the left or right. Changing the design to allow more lift or lowering of the tray itself (not the bar underneath) would alleviate this issue. * It needs to slide left and right for minor adjustments. * The keyboard tray is not wide enough for a gaming keyboard to fit comfortably * Prevents my chair from reaching the lowest point--I'm really short! I had to get a stool for my feet because my legs were dangling! Overall, the product is pretty cool. It will work great for those with smaller legs (I'm a weight-lifter!) or a chair with less padding, which would give more room between the bottom tray bar and the top of your thighs. Yes, you can raise the whole thing up, but then the tray is much higher than ergonomically safe. If they redesign this in the future, I'll try again. Unfortunately, I had to send this one back.

I wish there was a better option. Here's what I've seen after using it for years.
Not worth $100. There are multiple near-identical listings for this type of product on Amazon, and I've tried them all. I've been through 6 of them so far. I wish there was a better option, or that these guys would try to do a bit better on the quality. Issues I've had: - Burrs in the ball joint supporting the keyboard tray, making adjustment a pain, if not impossible. I've had this issue with the most recent 2 that I've received. - The piece that connects the ball to the keyboard tray is not well glued and easily breaks off the tray when trying to adjust it. ALL of the ones I've used have had this problem. I've repeatedly glued the pieces back onto the trays. At this point, when I need to replace the arm, I usually just use an older keyboard tray that I've already glued the piece into properly. - The pivoting arm is ... terrible. After a while, it gets too loose, and the keyboard moves around too freely and swings away all the time. I can use an Allen wrench to tighten it, but that only helps for a while until even that doesn't help. - The piece that connects to the base of the chair is a bit too tall, causing every chair that I've tried it with to have to be too high off the ground. Ergonomically, I'd much prefer my feet properly touch the ground without needing a foot stool. One thing I wish it included is a slot or compartment under the tray, so I can store a small USB battery pack there, to power my wireless keyboard. (Or, better yet, bundle with one that fits). Currently, I'm using spring clamps to hold one on to the back, which works but is awkward.

Excellent Ergonomic Office Upgrade
This keyboard & mouse tray is what I’ve been looking for, for years! I have a small desk in a small office & it was set-up as ergonomicly as possible but there were many times I would find myself taking the keyboard & touchpad with me on my chair using a lap desk. The lapdesk defeated my ergonomic setup. This allows me that freedom while still maintaining the proper ergonomic height for the keyboard & touchpad. I have the tray setup so I can swing it in and out if place easily, & everything is locked/tightened as much as possible to eliminate as much shifting as I can. It does make the footprint of my chair a little larger when I’m not in it, but that was expected. The finish on the silver part of the tray is a little meh, has blemishes, scratches, bumps, ect… and definitely could have been done better. I also wish it had been rubberized like the black part to prevent more sliding, but some better silicone feet on my keyboard/other items has helped so far with that. As for assembling it; I followed the instructions included in the box & it was a very easy setup. I took my time to tighten everything down properly which can be a little time consuming but totally worth it. My assembly note is: the tray attached to the vertical support pole better for me before the support pole was attached to the base support pole that is attached to the chair. So attach those 2 pieces together, then slide them into the pole you attached to the chair.

A few reservations, but overall, a good product.
I want to start of by saying that the Magichold Ergonomic Keyboard/Mouse Stand is extremely useful, whether you are a gamer, multi-tasker, or just want to take advantage of a wireless setup, you'll find some value in this product. It's certainly a unique and hard to find product where I live. There's nothing like it in stores, and very hard to find even online. I found the assembly pretty straightforward and intuitive, despite the instructions not being in English. This is obviously a Chinese product that has not been tested or designed for the North American market, and could do with some localization, however. To me, the vecro keyboard strips were superfluous, but if your keyboard doesn't have sufficient heft/rubber grips, or you are using something bulky like a laptop, they could be useful, so I am glad they were included. There are some other comments/reviews here that mention the mousepad has a tendency to slip. This is true, however I was able to approach the screws that hold the mousepad in place from underneath, where it's easiest to gain mechanical advantage, and with the aid of a rubber grip tighten the two screws by hand which press into the support bar sufficiently that it no longer slips. I imagine I'll have to do so again periodically, but so far so good. My main issue is with the maximum height of the tray and swivel arm. I am a tall guy, and the swivel arm barely clears my knee/upper thigh. It would be nice if they added a few inches of height where the swivel arm connects with the locking bracket for the units sold in North America. If you are stocky, or over 6 feet tall, you might run into the same issue, so be aware of that. Enough to knock a star off the product but not enough to rescind my recommendation of BUY!

Poorly made.
I come across very few scam products, and this is one of them. Don’t waste your money. This thing, whatever it is, is probably worth no more than $1 USD, but the ads are so convincing. Save your money and don't get scammed by this or similar products. They are all scam products from china.
