Review: Great Med Cards - This item was so helpful. The info was easy to find and easy to read. It made my life easier. I do think they are very thin but that was not as important as ease of info. Review: Love them - I love these. I am a nursing student and these are a must have for clinicals. I can spend my time reviewing the information instead of scrambling to look up my meds before my instructor arrives. They are large but they fit in my scrub top pocket. They are thin but I put them on the provided ring in the sturdy plastic pocket that comes with the set. They contain all the information I need and are easy to read. Love them.

Buy these if you don't have a required course medication/drug textbook.
If you have to make your own med cards (e.g. as in nursing school), but don't have a required drug textbook for your program, get these. They have drug classification cards in the front of box followed by almost any drug you'll need for pharmacology, etc. The info on each card is broken down exactly into the type of info you will need to put on a med/drug card. So, if you are required to turn any in, you can paraphrase the most pertinent info onto your own card. If you aren't required to turn any drug cards in, these are already set up with what you'll need to know and save you time from having to make any.

MedQuick A Wealth of Information
I got these for my pharmacology class for nursing school, and they are very helpful. They contain all the pertinent information you will need, AND even they even include steps to take during the nursing process, PLUS contraindications -- Pharm Phlash does not include that; however, I could not give them 5 Stars because the material is so thin and flimsy, so someone can easily rip them with little to no effort. It's highly unlikely that ALL of them will last through nursing, medical or pharm school. ***Note to Wolters Kluwer, I think that on the next batch, they need to be plastic coated (like their competitors'). There are over 600 cards, so not exactly portable, but they did include a plastic pouch in order for you to bring a few with you wherever you go. Verdict: I really like them; I honestly believe that they are a benefit to any student in the medical field, but I just wish they were a little more durable.

Nursing school must have!
Amazing! If you are a nursing student you know how much time this cuts out of ur nursing plan. Not having to find all the drugs and know the MOA, symptoms, when to give, and assessments info. This is exactly what I needed! Also came with a ring hole and hole punched me with carrying bag so u can take to hospital for notes.

WORTH IT!!! DIY Laminate
Incredibly detailed, Iโm going into my first semester or nursing school but thought I mind as well start early and learn a few things the best I can do I am not too blindsided. WOW does each flash card have detail! Definitely happy with this purchase! They are thin as people say, but you can DIY Laminate them with clear packing/1-2โ Scotch Tape on both sides. Makes them water/tear proof if you cover the entire surface of them. It is a long process, maybe a minute or two per card depending on how fast and accurately you want this done. Itโs long cause there is so many! Worth it

Great info
Great product. Itโs a bit bulkier than I thought it would be but the cards have very informative information on them so theyโre worth carrying around.

Excellent reference drug 'cards' but POOR durability
I am a medical student and have always been one to study with note cards. These cards are EXCELLENT in terms of content and completeness. However they are EXTREMELY THIN, barely thicker than a piece of standard printer paper. I was expecting these to be similar to something like Netter's Flash Cards or at least as thick as a standard note card. The included key ring is handy, in theory, however I could easily see it tearing through the cards because of how thin they are. The plastic carrying pouch it comes with may help prevent this but that shouldn't even have to be a concern. Unfortunately this product is basically a textbook that was cut into quarters opposed to being true note cards. I would have given this product 5 stars if the cards were thicker but they have serious durability problems. Notecards are meant to be flipped, shuffled, and heavily used and there is no way these will hold up to regular use (will easily crease, tear, etc.) Pros: -over 1000 drugs -All the info you could need: generic/trade names, indications, dosages, contraindications, adverse reactions, drug-drug interactions, effects on lab test results, pharmacokinetics, mech. of action, available forms, and more Cons: -PAPER THIN
