I don't know. It fits my Victor torch handle and works beautifully. You should be able to get your torch model on the handle, email the supplier,and they will be able to you if it fits your torch. If it does buy it.

will this work on the Harris 85 torch?

No, this will only work on a Medium duty Victor style torch.

Will this fit all medium torch sets?

This will fit the Hobart medium duty torch set.
