Got these for my wife to use on a sore on her thigh. She normally uses NextCare clear bandages because they do not cause adhesive reactions like paper and hypoallergenic adhesives do. But the NextCare bandages do not have much padding to them, so the sore was painful when she lay on that side. I had encountered a product similar to the NeuHeils Silicone Foam Dressing in a pharmacy and it worked pretty well but was pretty expensive. These have a much better price, do not bother my wife's skin at all, and they pad the sore perfectly. Only problem we had was that the dressing was just thick enough to catch on our bedding and it would bunch up or peel off by the end of the night. But they worked long enough to let the sore heel and now she does not need to cover it.

After receiving some bandages from a physician, I purchased additional ones when I ran out and although not the same brand, they are virtually identical and reasonably priced. I purchased several in various sizes.

Great for fragile skin. Fairly easy to peel off, comes in different sizes. I use these too as a preventative for an elderly person who has a vein close to surface that bleeds easily even when lightly touched.
