When you're shredding with anger, fear, and hate, you'll dig the five forward lean options and included Booster Strap that lets you boost up the burliness by a factor of tweleventeen, and the walk mode will have you moving faster than an outer-space fighter jet sent to destroy the forces of evil. This year, the ST 2's been upgraded with a Vibram sole to make short work of icy approaches and slick rock, and has a foot-hugging 99mm last that's designed to make short work of everything from eyeball-deep pow to springtime corn and refrozen chunder. Snug and powerful doesn't mean uncomfortable, though; with a heat-moldable three-layer DFP World Cup Zero liner, the ST 2's as comfy as a couch, with a lively high-rebound feel and even an included footbed to keep your feet happy and fighting against galactic domination.
