The fit is fine, and I have found the support it provides to be comfortable and invaluable when I am on my feet for long periods of time.

It helps especially when your on your feet for 16 hrs.Makes a difference ,much better then nothing.

I ordered the size S/M since the size chart says for waists 29-39 inches, and my waist is 37. It is too tight on me. The total length unstretched is 36” but you need at least 2.5 inches of overlap since the Velcro hooks are very scratchy and are 2.5 inches of the length. Yes this should be snug but I even stretching there is only 1” of overlap for the Velcro so there’s 1.5 inches of scratchy uncomfortable velcro - and the belt is barely secured. I think the largest this size will fit is someone with a 35” inch waist. Seems to be pretty good materials, but since it’s too small for me I can’t really try it to see if it is supportive for daily activities.

The OPPO RW500 Back Support Belt with Lumbar Pad and overall it’s been very comfortable and easy to wear for longer periods of time. Update: had a back episode when my lower back was hurting again since I strained it last year and I have this a try and even tho I’d like it tighter, I put it around my waist to get those bar foams up against my back and after wearing it for a few hours I can say i feel better. So I guess it worked. I didn’t take any pain killers or add any heat just wore this. The OPPO RW500 Back Support Belt with Lumbar Pad is different from others because others are more of a stiffer belt but this as some foam piece in the back which is interesting. The material is sturdy and thick. This has been the best back brace I've found. Not only does it fit well, it's fully adjustable! It fit well around my midsection, and then there are extra tabs that allow you to get it even tighter. The cushion on the back helps relieve some of the pressure when in pain. I find that wearing it not only relieves some of the strain, but it helps keep me more upright and would be great to use when I start feeling that familiar twinge! I'd recommend wearing this over a shirt as it would definitely cause blisters and rash on bare skin. Thankfully the brace is breathable so you should get too overheated while wearing it. Overall, I'm happy to have this available for back pain. It's the worst when you can't stand up straight bc your back hurts. This should help give some support and pain relief to be able to go about your day! I got the s/m - I'm 5'3" and about 140 lbs and it fit me better than I expected (as reference I wear a size 6 in women's pants)
