Love it. Makes the boiled eggs peel easier. My hubs eats a boiled egg every day, I do 7 at a time & piercing them keeps them from breaking open & they almost peel themselves.

The plastic egg piercer nub broke off of my measuring cup. This one works great. I was hesitant at first since it poked a small hole. But, its doing what its advertised to do. I'm buying more as stocking stuffers for my family that eat eggs in ramen, salad and other dishes.

This egg piercer works well and is easier to use than the heavy duty sewing needle I was using. Press and pierce, its that simple. Be sure your egg is not cracked before you use this. If the egg is cracked it will just crush when you press on it. Fortunately, this does clean up easily.

It doesn’t pierce the eggs all the way through. When I pushed down harder, the egg broke in my hand creating a huge mess. I have no clue why this item is so highly rated by others. I much prefer the piercer that came with my egg cooker.

Poking eggshells before boiling is an old and effective method for easy pealing after boiling. This piecer works great for chicken and turkey eggs. The only issue I had was when an egg breaks while piercing, it's hard to clean.

I had always wondered why grandma’s hard and soft boiled eggs were always perfect… this is it. It only took me 40+ years to rediscover it. Its small, but makes a difference.

A bit pricey for what it is but couldn’t find one anywhere else. We cook a lot of hard boiled eggs for quick snacks so this was very helpful in making a task go quicker. I wish it would make a bigger and deeper hole. It doesn’t always seem to pierce through but I just do it again. Eggs peel like magic now.

Took a bit if getting used to to prick the egg, once done and after cooking the egg shell was easily removed. Could be a better design to make it easier to use.
