Received used item in a really bad shape and can’t even return it ! The item is flimsy and plasticky and looks like a dollar menu item from the dollar store ( for NRIs who know). Don’t waste 3K on this item. I should probably sue them for their false advertising's! Probably someone returned it and they just shipped it to me …

I purchased it a year ago. It worked great, but the heating coil stopped working now even after using distilled water. I am ready to pay for the repair since it is out of warranty but customer support has not been helpful. So spending 3-4k on this product for one year is not worth it.

One of the best design features is that the mop stands on its own, so you don’t need to lean it against a wall—small detail, but very convenient. The attachments provided are more than sufficient for regular household cleaning needs. Noise level is tolerable and not disturbing.
