Been using these for a couple of weeks to help wind down before bed. The 5mg dose feels well-judged — not groggy the next morning like some melatonin products I've tried. The gummies taste good without being overly sweet, and the L-Theanine/passionflower combo seems to help with the "racing thoughts" kind of sleeplessness specifically.
