Poor quality, scratched and scuffed, different coloured woods, I would not have paid this price had I have seen it in a garden centre. however I do like the style. Supplier did promptly replace the arm of the bench as this was split and cracked, but now after 4 weeks, other cracks appearing. I am not intending to complain, but I will now be very wary of on line purchases.

Excellent bench but instructions very poor, had to undo it a few times to get it right. Diagram didn't exactly match the contents

The bench was broken on arrival. When attempting to put it together the holes and grooves didn't match and I needed to cut to fit. The bench is also flimsy and not chunky at all, the photos of the bench make it look like something it isn't. Not worth £290, very disappointed!

Not worth the money cheap and flimsy, seat did not fit properly screws did not fit.

This is a very good price.. however, I found it's not that comfortable to sit on (the back digs into my back) and the back panel bends when you lean back. Overall, I think next time, I'll spend more and get a more sturdy version. It does look very smart tho'..

Very pleased with our Marlboro style bench.It has more style than the usual garden bench and is well made.It is quite heavy and is long enough to easily seat 3 people.Although the instructions were not the best it didnt take my wife and i too long to put it together. All in all we are very pleased with our purchase.

Its "Hardwood"Jim....but not as we know it.... i should have guessed from the price it'd been made to a minimum cost and not up to a quality standard. The manufrs call it "Acasia" hardwood...which is strange because acasia is a light savannah timber grown in dry temperate areas.This has the weight and strength of brittle pine...but hey its stained to look like Teak...right? Basically not worth pesos it cost to import it...and i doubt it'll last one winter even undercover.For the record...its my bad as i didnt check the specs..... so save your hard earned and put it to a tropically grown rainforest hardwood seat and really p*ss the greenies off.
