Impressive
I have struggled with finding an accurate scale in the three digit weight. I am very impress with this scale. It’s 0.000 gram (not an 0.00 grams) and pretty accurate as a cosmetic formulator. The measurements are very accurate and easy to use. It’s worth the purchase. It’s not heavy and the design quality is nice too. This one is a keeper.

Great Customer service
So far the scale is working great. I use them for reloading. I will say they are very accurate they might be a little to sensitive for some. I contacted the company and had a fix for the over sensitive scale. The next day. Great customer service and so far a great product. Build quality is very good

Not accurate!!!! (Company made it right by me)
It arrived in a box with a 200g weight bouncing around inside. The screen was scratched and dented. I have a very precise weight set and the scale would give me a different weight every time I zeroed it. It is advertised as being accurate to .001g, it wasn't accurate at .03g. That is a big difference!!!! There was no manual. Looked like it had been returned before and just thrown in a box for the next person (me) to buy it. Horrible!!!!!! Edit- The item I received was a return to Amazon, not to this company. The company reached out to me and made it right. The scale I received from them was packaged perfectly and there was no damage. I checked it with my precision weight set and against my other scale, which cost 4x the price, it was right on the money. This company did an excellent job at going beyond expectations to make it right!!! This is the reason I have increased my rating to 5 stars.

Inaccurate and inconsistent
First, let me preface this review by making a statement: I do not ever leave negative reviews. I also rarely leave positive ones as well. This scale is so frustrating, that I felt I have to make a statement and warn other folks. The scale is so inaccurate and inconsistent that my cheap $17 microgram scale is better. I followed their directions exactly as prescribed for calibration. First, power on the machine and let it warm up for 15 - 30 minutes. Hold the cal button until the 220 flashes. Set the weight and then wait for it to stop. It's important that the scale is level. This seems great and once 220 is achieved, remove the weight and you're good to go. I often blend mixes of perfume materials where I need .001 accuracy (which is precisely why I bought the scale...) and often find that it will jump around. Ironically, just an arm over the scale can cause it to add .006g. Funnily enough, I have, on several occasions, added a drop without it registering. Next, the inconsistencies when removing and adding back the bottle. I often will just check to see if the scale is still accurate by removing my bottle, then replacing it in exactly the same spot. This will often read +- .01g. Yes, you read that correct. A difference of .01g accuracy. I am beyond frustrated, and of course I threw the box away after buying as I put too much faith into the product based on the 4.1 star rating. I have attached a video of it just randomly going to -0.006 (This happens a LOT) and then of course just adding .002g after just... removing and adding it back.

Hundredth powder scale
great scale but not what i was looking for. worked as told and felt like a reliable scale. only reason i retuned it was because it was a little too big for me. I like the pocket scales better.

Not what is claims to be. Accuracy and resolution are less than advertised.
Just realize this is not what is claims to be. Its fine as long as you are willing to mentally erase/ignore the last decimal point, which is fake. It is not accurate to a hundredth of a grain, and is really just a 1/10 grain scale like most of them out there, but it simply lists an extra digit on the screen, which is fakes through some sort of programing where it will make up a number based on what it thinks it is. I've tested it by trickling in power and it will not move at all even after nearly a 2/10ths grain have been added then jump to a new number. This is done at VERY slow speed to give the scale time to adjust, but it just isn't sensitive enough to measure below a tenth.
