Quality Pasta
All of Sfoglini's Pastas are made with the best duram wheat. The little Saffron Malloreddus are delicious. The saffron really comes through. I like them plain with olive oil and parmesan or with a beurre blanc made from white beans.

Both boxes delivered open, unsealed
Sfoglini pasta is terrific. This review is more for Amazon’s delivery. I ordered two boxes at 2x usual cost because I wanted them for Christmas dinner, but both boxes were delivered with the seals / tops broken and completely open.

Expensive but nostalgic
I ate this in sardegna, Italy where it originates. It was phenomenal. I had already packed my suitcase too full to fit the 2lb bag I bought there. So when I came home I looked for it and found it here. It’s super expensive compared to Italy but if you want to cook a traditional sardegnan dish I’d spend the money on this
