So this only lasted a day and no there's no flavor. The other issue is the size trying to suck air is very limited so hard for it to kill your cravings. 8 dollars is definitely way to expensive for this for how long is last.

It’s not as realistic of a “drag” feel when you take a “hit”/“inhalation”, but it’s satisfying enough. I get the icy peppermint because I was always a menthol smoker. It’s pretty potent/strong/full-flavored on day one. After that though, it’s very tasty. Satisfying! I highly recommend this product.For the price, it’s a great value.

A few things. The product is “fine”. Extremely overpriced for what the item is. I think people order this in hopes it will taste and feel exactly like a vape or cigarette. It does not. It’s just a tool to help during the quitting process. The rest boils down to willpower. This is not a magic fix but has been helpful for me so far. If you don’t want to keep buying it, take a straw and fill it with a small cut pad of cotton that you dipped in essential oils and let dry. Also make sure you put the cap and bottom back on after using and it’ll make this item last longer. Y’all got this!!!

Zero star. No taste, poor quality, will be surprised if it last one day. $8 for a product the size of a thumb.

I am 53 and had my first heart attack. I had smoked a pack a day for 23 years and found myself in the hospital with no smokes. I survived those 2 days and decided if I can do that I would be stupid to start again. My daughter ordered me these and I had to wait for them to arrive. During that waiting period I chewed straws, nicotine gum, nicotine lozenges, nicotine patches and quickly realized it was not the nicotine it was the action. When these arrived it satisfied the oral fixation I had been craving.There is ZERO nicotine, no charging, no smoke or vapors, it is not a vape. It is literally a plastic stick with flavor about the size of a Marlboro 72 and you can take it and use it anywhere!IT DOES give you the pull as if you are taking a drag from a cigarette and that was what I craved. I can hold it like a smoke, ash it like a smoke only difference is, no smoke. This has given me the freedom I needed. I love the spearmint and icy mint. Highly recommend!!

I suppose this moght be effective to help smokers quit smoking, but the flavor is so so weak. This is a waste of money if you are a vapor trying to quit vaping. You have to hit it as hard as you possibly can yo get even the smaller amount of flavor in your mouth. Not qorth the money, imho.

Honestly i thought this was great. The flavor was bad at first but that’s bc i don’t like menthol and im used to the flavored vapes. but after a while off hitting it, it started to taste like gum. it’s helped with the craves bc i just sit it in my mouth and chew on it and hit it at the same time. i can also just sit here and hit it multiple times and not feel like im abt to die.

I was ready to stop vaping just needed something to comfort the hand to mouth. I really wish I would have tried anything but these.To start the flavor is absolutely horrible. The first try made my stomach turn.I figured I would give another flavor a try (grapefruit) tasted like medicine but was tolerable so I decided to really give it a full hearted try.Obviously there was a difference between this and a vape. I was fully prepared for that and am in the headspace of quitting so that didn’t bother me too much but I probably could have used an old pin cap and got the same effect without the nasty flavor.After a few days of using these I ended up in urgent care with an infection in my throat. I don’t know for certain if these are what made me sick but I was fine until using them which I find odd.Overall even without the infection I would not recommend these. The flavor is awful. They don’t provide any similarity to vape in weight or in the hit.There are other things on the market that I think are safer and a better alternative than this item. I wish I would have paid more and saved myself the time and pain of this item.
