Bridesmaid for Hire Review: Incredibly funny and charming read with the best banter! - I freaking loved Bridesmaid for Hire. It was entertaining and charming with fantastic characters. I loved the antagonistic relationship between Maggie and Brody, their verbal sparring, and watching it morph into something more. I loved the ins and outs of their history, the humor, the drama, and the exciting build to them coming together. There were so many hilarious scenes that had me cracking up, I couldn't get enough. This was an incredible read! I loved Maggie and Brody and the witty barbs thrown between them. I loved how they were thrust together in this unique situation in Bora Bora, creating a countless number of hilarious scenes that had me laughing. I felt so much for Brody, he was such a good guy but could not catch a break and it seemed like the universe was against him while vacationing. This created some incredibly funny moments. I loved Maggie and how tenacious and outgoing she was, she had a heart of gold. I loved learning about their feelings and how long they'd been harboring them. I loved the growing want and need between them and thought there was great development. When their feelings started to come to life and Brody turned on the charm, I pretty much melted. I loved that building heat and sexual tension between them and when it finally unleashes, it was perfection. This baby was steamy hot! There's a lot thrown at Maggie and Brody helping to create a lot of comical, lively moments. I liked the people involved and the various interactions bringing even more humor and a bit of drama and tension. Brody with the guys on the island was fun. I also liked Brody's relationship with Gary, Maggie's brother. It was a true bromance that was really quite sweet. There were characters mentioned from stories I have not read and now I'm excited to go back and read those books as well. I loved this so much. It was laugh-out-loud funny, heartfelt, spicey, and sweet! I am a sucker for great banter and this story excelled with it. I absolutely recommend Bridesmaid for Hire. This book left me smiling and ridiculously happy! Review: Good book - Bridesmaids for Hire was a cute and easy read! A witty, comical and heart warming story
Meghan brings another witty, comical and heart warming story to our lives with “Bridesmaid For Hire.” It is so hard not to both hate & laugh at all the karma Brody gets in this story. The passing out from the “snake bite” to the ripped bathing suit shorts. It reall was hard to like him in the beginning of this with how not nice to Maggie he was. Finding out he had feelings for her all along and was hiding them, well that just helped you feel bad for him. Especially with all the trauma he endures on this trip in Bora Bora. All to impress an awful boss who is manipulative and nasty regardless of how good or bad you impress him. That to say I loved the storyline of how their vacations collide. How Maggie ends up attaching herself to Brody for the duration of their vacations. Most importantly how it isn’t easy for them. How they have to come to grips with the individual journeys they have been on with their careers. I love that Brody shows support & encouragement for Maggies business. Even if he trips up. I love that we root for the characters, become invested & hopeful it all works out in the end. Thats one thing you will always find with Meghans books. Even when you don’t want to root for the characters YOU DO! I enjoyed this book inn both text & audiobook format due to driving for spring break. I want to briefly touch on the audiobook because it was AMAZING! It’s a duet narration by Jason Clarke and Erin Mallon. This may be one of my favorite duet pairings I’ve heard. They made the story wildly entertaining for me & I actually stopped reading in text to listen to the whole thing on audiobook. I thought Erin as Maggie was such a great casting. Maggie is upbeat, energetic and has a very social personality. Erin really made you feel like you could see Maggie in her. The brooding, annoyance & heart of Brody portrayed by Jason was such a perfect fit. You really started to feel bad for the guy thanks to Jasons tone & emotion he gives to the character. All in all I can’t recommend this book enough!!!

Funny great start to a series
Oh my gosh, this book was such a good time. Maggie and Brody are hilarious. I was laughing so much throughout the entire book. They had great banter, the tension and chemistry was on fire, and the romance was swoony. Knowing Brody was secretly pining after her all these years while having to put on a fake front of hating her makes him even more lovable. When they find themselves at the same beach resort, they force each other into a fake dating situation to get in the good graces of the Hopner Family. Maggie is on a personal vacation but Brody is there for his boss’ daughter’s destination wedding. Maggie wants an “in” for her wedding business and Brody wants to advance his career. This poor guy was put through the wringer. He kept drawing the short end of the stick and was the butt of the joke each time. However, he took it in stride even when it hurt his pride. Although I hate a 3rd act breakup, I was okay with this one. Brody showed his love and determination to fix the problem and he did it in such a selfless way! Great start to the series and I’m excited to continue. -Fake Dating -Forced Proximity -Brothers Best Friend -One Bed -Hate to Love -Small Age Gap (7 years)

MQ reigns supreme with another hilarious Rom-Com
Meghan Quinn reigns Queen of the Rom-Com's. No one, and I mean no one, has me cackling like her! This book was Honeymooners (Christina Lauren) with a sprinkle of the Cane Brothers and a giant scoop of spice. Maggie & Brody are hilarious from the start. *MULTIPLE* times throughout this book I was hysterical. I even woke up the husband a couple times. When Maggie's cheek met Brody's toosh during the 3-legged race, the sneeze, the pull down, I can't! SO funny! Meghan also has a way with her words. She writes conversations so fluidly that you forget you are reading. Her books truly bring me into the moment like I am there for the entire story. Brody sure got rung through the ringer, this guy couldn't catch a break! In true MQ form, we are reunited with some other favorites. Mainly the Cane brothers (insert heart eye emoji). I am very excited for Meghan to introduce us more formally to the newest Billionaire brother's in her world - the Hopper's. With Hardy's passion project dealing with almond's - I sure hope we get more of Hattie & Aubree and Almond Bay. You know Meghan never disappoints when it comes to expertly tying all of our favorite couples/worlds together. Hudson Hopper - think Huxley Hardy Hopper - think JP with a whole lot of Breaker There isn't a single Meghan Quinn book that I don't recommend reading. Read them out of order, in order. Doesn't matter. You will enjoy amazing banter, hilarious situations, loyal friendships, spice, and always a HEA. Tropes: -Rom Com -Fake Dating -Forced Proximity -One bed -He falls first and hard -Frenemies to lovers / Second Chance-ish 'I came to Bora Bora with one thing in mind, to find a guy in a speedo that would do dirty things to me. Well, there he is.' "The hate was a mask for how I really felt" "And how do you really feel?" "Like I could be one happy **dude** with you in my life" "Any chance I got, I looked your way. Sometimes it was to convince myself that I didn't have feelings for you. Other times it was because I was so desperate to look at you again..."

Funny, sweet, entertaining story
I can always count or Meghan Quinn to deliver a book that’s a perfect read while I’m on vacation or just want to check out my day-to-day responsibilities and lose myself in a book. This book was a fun, easy read and I really enjoyed it. In some parts I literally snort-laughed out loud at both the conversations and the antics that some of characters got caught up in. Was the end predictable? Yes, for the most part. Did I care? No, bc I enjoyed everything else about the book from the plot, characters, setting, and the development of the storyline. The only smallest bit of criticism have is how the book ended. It felt rather abrupt as if there was no thought in wrapping up the MC’s romance, and instead felt like it was just a set up for the next book. I wish one more chapter and a prologue would have been devoted to Maggie and Brody before trying to insert the chapter that sets up for the next novel. It all seems forced as it is right now with the way it ended so quickly. Still, i wholeheartedly recommend this book. Be forewarned there are some parts with a bit of spiciness to the book, so don’t read this if that bothers you or pass the note on to next person behind the you
