I bought this size to be able to use the product & see how it worked for me. For the money, it's absolutely a great buy! If you're a baker, check the size on the bottle so you're not surprised when it arrives. It does add a bit of sweetness to whatever you're adding to it, but again, just be aware so you can adjust. The colors are vivid. I will be buying this brand again. Give it a try.

I ordered these anticipating nice bright colors but was unfortunately let down. These are very watery not gel like and although they incorporated easily, they did not render the vibrant colors I had hoped for. Even after using the entire little bottle. I would not purchase again as a home baker.
