Really nice tinted lip oil.
Bought one then ordered 4 more! Shiny, hydrating, no taste or smell (they say it smells minty but I’m not really getting that), non sticky and gives a subtle color to my lips. There’s not so much color that you need a mirror to apply this. I really love the larger, firmer doe foot applicator. I love that I can use this over lipstick as a gloss or on it’s own to add moisture and shine to dry lips. It doesn’t stay on my lips for a long time but I don’t mind reapplying. I really love applying this for some reason. It has a nice glide and the applicator feels nice. It has these oils in it: Squalene Apricot oil Avocado oil Jojoba oil Pomegranate oil Of note, I still need my usual lip mask to prevent or treat chapped lips. I don’t think this would cut it on its own.

Good
I absolutely love the e.l.f. Glow Reviver Tinted Lip Oil! From the first time I tried it, I could tell this was going to be one of my new makeup bag essentials. The texture is incredibly smooth — not sticky or heavy at all — and it gives my lips a beautiful glossy finish with just the right amount of tint. The formula feels very hydrating and comfortable, almost like a lip treatment. It keeps my lips soft and moisturized even after the shine fades, which is amazing for dry or chapped lips. I also appreciate that it has a light, pleasant scent that isn’t overwhelming. The color payoff is perfect — sheer but noticeable — giving that natural, healthy “your lips but better” look. I love using it alone for a fresh glow or layering it over lipstick for extra shine. The packaging feels sleek and high-quality too, and the applicator makes it easy to apply evenly. Overall, this tinted lip oil is a fantastic product at a great price. It looks and feels luxurious, adds a gorgeous shine, and truly nourishes the lips. If you’re looking for a product that gives hydration, color, and glow all in one, the e.l.f. Glow Reviver is 100% worth it!

This is a lovely product.
This is a very nice product, if you are not looking for a long lasting lipstick.. It feels lovely and very hydrating on the lips, not sticky. I have found that, even though it doesn't last long, it does leave a slight stain, depending on the color you choose. I find I put this on whenever my lips feel dry . I do recommend this

Glossy, Juicy, and Actually Comfortable
I picked up two shades of this lip oil — It’s Giving Guava and Money Maker — fully expecting a cute, quick gloss moment. What I did not expect was to end up reaching for these over some of my pricier lip products. Yet here we are. These live in my daily rotation now and refuse to leave. First impression & feel: The texture is that perfect lip-oil middle ground. Not runny, not sticky, not gloopy. It glides on smoothly and feels plush and cushiony instead of syrupy. My lips feel hydrated, not coated in sugar glue. That alone earns applause. Applicator: The XXL applicator deserves its own fan club. It’s big, soft, and scoops up enough product to cover your lips in one go without repeated dipping. It feels more like painting on shine than scrubbing it on. Shade & look (based on the two I bought): It’s Giving Guava gives a fresh, juicy coral-pink glow that makes your lips look awake and happy Money Maker leans more neutral-rose with a polished, everyday wearable vibe Both are sheer but noticeable, the kind of tint that enhances rather than hides. They look great alone and layer beautifully over lipstick without disturbing the color underneath. Gloss & finish: These are properly glossy. Not polite shine. Real, reflective, “yes I drink water and mind my business” gloss. Lips look smooth, healthy, and full. Hydration: This is where it earns the “oil” title. My lips actually feel better after wearing it. No post-gloss dryness, no tight feeling later. It wears like a treatment disguised as a pretty product. Scent & taste: Despite the minty description, I found it very mild. No strong scent, no weird flavor, no perfume-cloud hovering around my face. Just clean and comfortable. Longevity, staining & wear: For a gloss-oil hybrid, the wear time is impressive. The shine gradually fades instead of vanishing all at once, and there’s a soft tint left behind rather than bare-lip disappointment. No weird patchy staining either, just a gentle leftover flush. Durability: It holds up well through casual sipping and talking. Eating will take the gloss off, but the conditioning feel and slight tint stick around longer than expected. Value: At about $9 each, this is excellent value. The formula, applicator, finish, and comfort easily compete with products two to three times the price. This is one of those rare drugstore wins where you feel like you cheated the system a little. Bottom line: glossy, hydrating, flattering, comfortable, and easy to wear. Five stars and zero hesitation recommending it. My only regret is not grabbing more shades the first time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ Perfect for teens — hydrating with just a hint of tint!
I picked up the e.l.f. Glow Reviver Lip Oil for my teen and it quickly became a favorite. The sheer wash of glossy color adds just the right amount of tint without feeling heavy or overdone — exactly what younger lips need when they want something subtle but pretty. The formula is nourishing and non-sticky, so it keeps lips soft and moisturized all day long, which is great in dry weather or after sports practice. The minty scent is a fun bonus, and the applicator makes it easy to swipe on quickly before school or going out with friends. It’s not intense color like a lipstick, but that’s exactly why it works for teens — just a natural, healthy glow that looks fresh and easy. Definitely recommend if you want hydration plus a light tint in one.

Go a shade darker, you won't regret it!
I already have this product in a different shade that I don't particularly care for, but I do like the overall feel and look so I decided to try again with a different shade. I initially was very hesitant because it looks very dark, but I looked at some other reviews and decided to take the plunge and I'm glad I did! Even though it's the darkest shade and I'm practically Casper the ghost, it looks lovely on - not even slightly too dark, it's perfect. And of course it's still got the same scent (slightly minty), non-sticky feel, and moisturizing/hydrating effects. Gotta love elf for being affordable and just overall good products.

I got the Jam Session lip oil from e.l.f. because so many people say this is a good dupe for Clinique's Black Honey Lip Oil. I already have the Black Honey lipstick, and did not want to spend more for the oil, so I decided to give this a try. I really love this color! As someone with a neutral-cool skin tone, I find this shade very flattering and easy to wear. I'm also a minty product lover, so the minty smell and tingly feeling were bonuses for me with this product. I usually don't pay attention to "viral" cosmetic products because I'm wearing less as I age, and I just want the products that complement my face, viral or not. But while researching for a swatch of this lip oil, I came across the viral lip combo of this lip oil with e.l.f.'s Cream Glide Lip Liner in Dark Cocoa. I got the lip liner and tried it with this lip oil...OMG, I am in love. Perfect for fall/winter weather, and keeps my lips so moist and soft! I’ve included photos of the large applicator and a texture swatch to show the sheer finish, plus a comparison of the oil next to the Clinique lipstick and the cocoa liner (Left to right: e.l.f. Dark Cocoa Liner, e.l.f. Jam Session Lip Oil, and Clinique Black Honey Lipstick).

I’m super excited to repurchase this once i finish it! The applicator is super cute and big, but it dispense the perfect amount of lip gloss. The shade is very flattering, looks good on every lip combo i do. It smells nice! Does NOT create that disgusting white line the other lip gloss leave u with.
